伍德馬克酒店及靜謐水療(The Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa)

I sent my daughter and my mom for a special girls vacation of spa time and relaxation. When they checked in, the front desk wasn't aware that nothing was open that was advertised. The spa was closed as were the restaurants that are in the hotel write up. So, no dining close to or in the hotel and no spa trea**ents. This should have been mentioned. It changed the trip.

cold water in bathroom just a dribble. asked about parking after getting a text from hotel about questions… no response. room dated and needs upgrade. got a email receipt but no receipt within the email. Woodmark needs to do better

Loved the outside area overlooking the water. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Unfortunately the room we had was susceptible to vibration and noise bleeding over from the elevator system. Every time the elevator moved between floors, the vibration and noise came into the bedroom in our suite (326). This discovery was unfortunately made late into the night after we had had dinner and enjoyed the spa downstairs. It was too late to change rooms so we had to grin and bear it. I was able to make do but my wife was not. No sleep for her unfortunately. Will be requesting our next room as far away from the elevator as possible during our next visit this summer.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Seattle area. Absolutely wonderful staff and check-in experience. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and clean. The room upgrade was so very much appreciated! We cannot wait to come here again!

Friendly, welcoming staff and perfect setting for a relaxing, quiet staycation. Very comfortable room with a lovely bonus view of the marina. The only downside was availability of a late lunch after spa trea**ents ended at 2:15. With 4 restaurants in the vicinity, the only option was Starbucks.

We've now stayed at the Woodmark several times. We've loved each visit. It's convenient to the greater Seattle area, it's beautiful - right on Lake Washington, and the staff is friendly and quick to respond to any need.

We had a lovely stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Our daughter lives in Kirkland and we own a business there as well. The staff was so friendly, very accommodating and staying on the water was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel that is very lovely and having a great staff to greet you. Such gorgeous views. Wish we were there longer. We will be back for sure
