Waited 5 minutes for the front desk attendant to come out and check me in. She wrote the room info down on a torn up piece if scrap paper and handed me the keys with that instead of giving me the keys in one of the little folders most hotels use. There was hair in the bed. Very, very soft pillows, that 3 of which added up to about 1 normal pillow. Bed wasnt comfortable and AC was noisy. Most stations on the TV didnt come in. Overally not a good experience.

Daria uma nota 7.0, pros: perto dos parque disney, hotel é novo, tem cozinha no quarto, recebem encomendas da Amazon sem cobrança extras, estacionamento disponível sem custos, nao usou pré taxa no cartão de crédito, 20 min universal, Walmart bem pertinho e outros fast food. Contra: como tem cozinha nos quartos, os corredores ficam com cheiros de comida, o hotel aceita cachorros, entao sempre fica um cheirinho de cachorro nos corredores, utensílios para cozinha extremamente de baixa qualidade…. Para lavar as toalhas e roupa de camas, vc mesmo tem que levar para a recepção, ai eles lavam e lhe devolvem a noite.. de certa forma acho bom, porque ninguém entra no seu quarto pra limpar ai vc nao corre o risco de ser roubado… eu mesmo limpava o chão do quarto passando pano com produto de limpeza, gastava 2 min do meu dia e tava tudo certo.

Soon as you walk in the lobby it smells clean not only smells clean but these ladies do wonderful job at accommodating their guest plus keeping orders at bay. Hats off to the crew and manager. Will be recommending this location to family and friends.

The hotel, at first, looked ok. I checked in around 6:30pm and went for a walk. When I came back around 9:30pm, I sat at the bed and felt it was WET. I turned the comforter and to my dismay the bed was really wet -with pee! I took pictures and headed to the reception and showed the pictures and asked to change rooms. We asked him to send someone to change the sheets. He said they have no housekeeping at night and that we could change the sheets ourselves. We refused. The receptionist was not at all helpful and show very little interest in solving the problem. He then told us to wait and left. 10 minutes later he came back and said he went to check two rooms and that they were not suitable for guests. He offered us a ‘refund’ and check us out. At this point it was almost 11pm. Then a girl named Jeena, came in to take the shift and he just left. She understood the problem and asked to go see the room. She confirmed the pee on the sheets and was very disgusted by it. She went back to the reception and looked again fir rooms bc she said it was a hazard to go back in that room. And she did find a room for us. She was really nice and helpful, but until then, it was a nigh**are.

The water pressure in the shower was almost non existant the grab bar in the shower had been ripped out by someone before us. Tried to use the restroom by the loby to be told that restroom is for workers only and i would need to go up to my room and use mine provided i was staying there. The grab and go coffee/ "breakfast" the muffins were very dry but the cofee wasnt bad. Would have liked to see the workers at the desk a little more and not out in the parkinglot hanging out. Theres always a cop doing rounds at night wasnt bad but a little pricy for the value

Elegimos este hotel por el desayuno. No hubo con la excusa que el proveedor nunca llegó. Tampoco fuimos recompensados por lo sucedido. Solo recibimos una disculpa verbal de la recepcionista.

I would never stay in this hotel again, dirty, stinky, the elevator is disgusting, the breakfast is a lie, the owners should take more interest in the hotel, I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel

Service was perfect, really nice people. Our room was nice but the fridge wasn’t working and found hairs in the wall of the bathroom. They said they have breakfast but they only serve coffee and you can grab a muffin, there’s no breakfast.

I like that there's no carpet, friendly staff, no frills but has what you need. Convenient location.
