I’d speak highly of Apart Hotel Quillango in Punta Arenas. The good points of the hotel have been mentioned by all other guests, such as the cleanness of the rooms, the breakfast stuff prepared in the kitchen, the convenience of the location, the friendliness of the staff, etc. Apart from that, I want to make my special thanks to Alvaro who helped me out. I spent hours and hours on my mobile phone trying to book tickets for my next trip. For some reason I just couldn’t go through it. I turned to the receptionist for help. It was Alvaro who was there at the reception. He was very patient and helpful. Instead of my mobile phone, he used the computer to book the tickets for me and printed them out for me. Without his help, things would have been much more difficult for me . I wanted to say thanks for his service.」
