「我們的登記入住被擱置,而我們等待了一段時間來前台,結果他在外面抽菸休息。 在睡覺前,我們意識到沒有牀單可以拉出牀,所以前往前台詢問。被告知沒有毯子,但當我們堅持有人從另一個房間帶出來時。 我們一回到樓上,就發現裏面有一個網球大小的球。第二天我們要求更換,但被告知沒有。第二天整理牀鋪的草率工作讓我感到驚訝,我想不管誰在做家務,都會把毯子拿掉,換掉,但第二天牀上沒有毯子 享受早餐,參加早餐酒吧的工作人員超級友好和細心 加熱的游泳池當然是一個額外的選擇」

「那不勒斯附近的一個堅實的套房酒店。本來可以輕鬆多住1晚。 沙發牀我們必須自己準備,就像通常在美國一樣,儘管我們提前通知了酒店。 早餐我們沒有吃,但看起來還行。」

「Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.」
