Ich war mit einer Gruppe von 34 Personen für 4 Tage Gast im Hotel . Von Anfang an war alles problemlos . Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber . Das Essen war sehr , sehr gut . Frühstück völlig ausreichend und gute Auswahl an regionalen Produkten . Die Chefin - und überhaupt das gesamte Personal war sehr nett , hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend . Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung .

The hotel lived up to all our best expectations......fantastic staff, friendly, attentive, and never excellent in all respects. The hotel is smart, clean and well maintained, as well as being in a central location handy for the frequent buses (right outside), or indeed you can walk in ski boots easily to the gondola which links you to the main Kaprun lifts. The hotel boasts a super basement, sauna and general treatment or relaxing area. Always a treat! The ski boot/ski room has boot heaters/dryers when deemed necessary. The catering was terrific........really nice choices superbly presented. Complements to the chef!
