The property is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. My stay was for three nights. I was quite surprised to learn that during my stay there would be no housekeeping. On the third day I had to track down someone from housekeeping to give me a trash bag to empty my wastebaskets. Because of university activities, downtown restaurants were crowded. My small group ordered through door dash. Our plan was to order drinks from the bar with our dinner, but were told we could not eat in the lounge.

This was our first time staying at this location but we’re glad we did. From the front desk to the room, everything was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Here’s the one downfall, self parking for $25.00 per night, anywhere else that’s valet pricing. The only other thing was that the shower is missing half the glass so the entry in is wide open getting water outside the shower. By design? Not sure but a poor choice unless you like cleaning up water after you shower. Get past those two things and you have a reasonably priced super clean room.

Wonderful stay! The room was super clean and very comfortable. We were able to check in an hour early. We were able to easily walk to the historic Bijue theater for an incredible Jake Shimabukurp concert. We ate dinner at the Bistro restaurant in the Mariott and enjoyed great food and service there.

From checking in to checking out everything was a wonderful experience. Our room was gorgeous with a comfortable corner sofa that was amazing and a huge cozy bed. Everything was clean and the store shop offered anything you may have forgotten. Definitely going to be our go to. Knoxville hotel.

Nightmare at the Marriott I used this hotel because it is located near the jobsite. Upon arrival I was charged twice for incidentals totaling $340. I questioned this and the lady at the front desk wasted no time telling me there is nothing they could do, but the money would be refunded after checkout in 3 to 5 business days. Im here for work so i didnt buget for the overcharge. When I checked out in the morning I notified the acting manager of the problem and left the hotel. Hours later i was charged an additional $144.05, and 164.06. These charges were not related to my stay at all. I called the hotel baffled, and was told that they apologize and the manager was sorry it was a mistake but they are fixing the problem and I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I immediately called my baking institution to notify them of this apparent fraudulent activity. I had to cancel my card and get a replacement. The level of unprofessionalism at this hotel is over the top and i would never recommend anyone use this hotel unless they get rid of the staff.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was excellent and there were a lot of dining and shopping options in walking distance. It was also easy to get off and on to the highway.

Everything and everyone here were amazing. Super helpful and friendly staff. Room had everything you could ever ask for and more.

Easy walk to the Civic Center. Rooms are very nice. Loved the modern design.
