Our room was really stinking bad when we checked into the hotel today, so we requested a different one. When I eventually obtained a second room, I could see the service is pathetic and rooms were very small and which i wouldn’t suggest others if they are planning for vacation with family. There are not proper service towards parking assist and also no warm welcome by reception. We booked for two days stay and we regret this ambiance and the amount paid was also much only.

I had stayed at ***y Ibis or other Accor hotels in ***y countries. Ibis Kochi was quite bad and is not upto their usual standards in other countries. Low room quality conditions, when it comes to room, facilities, cleanliness etc. Broken floor in room and restroom, sink, water flow was all bad. The technicians fixed some issues though. Basically quite a bad place to stay. Only location is a good point as they are located in MG Road.

Small room but kept very neat. It was smelling nice so full marks on that. Comfortable bed where you will have a peaceful sleep. This is ideal for business class people so if you coming with family of 4 then this might be small. Don’t know if there is any bigger room Staff greeted me well at the arrival, so thank you very much on that. This hotel is heart of the city. Nearby to the shopping street of MG road. 5 min walk to MG road station.

The hotel stay was excellent with all the facilities. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful at any time of the day. The staffs were always at help and support. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had varieties of menu, including live stations. Ms. Aswathi was very helpful in assisting as well as supporting at the buffet counters.
