烏龜島海灘度假酒店的評論

幾乎沒寫過攜程點評，這是最認真的一條。非常非常非常不推薦 1. 地理位置和描述不符：酒店號稱在鯊魚灣（shark bay），但實際上距離真正的shark bay還有距離，並不是游泳/步行可到，你必須乘坐taxi boat才能到。taxi boat大概1000-1500🐷/人/次； 2. 酒店的房間很小很破：酒店設施非常舊，布草不是很乾凈。別墅房甚至連一張椅子、桌子都沒有。回到房間你衹能坐在床上，買了東西衹能在户外涼亭裏吃，但是涼亭裏全是蟲子蚊子 3. 酒店完全無服務：前台電話打不通，永遠打不通！在房間裏要任何服務都要走到前台，如果要餐具，不好意思你還得自己走到餐廳去拿。在沙灘上要毛巾，也要走到前台拿。路程非常遠，路過的服務員不會幫你做任何事或者call前台。最誇張的是：住宿期間攜程為了幫忙協調房間問題打給酒店也從來沒打通。最後是打給我，我拿着手機給酒店前台接聽才解決的。 4. 餐廳不要有期待，首先環境就一塌糊塗，其次菜也很少，所以0消費 5. SPA沒體驗，但從我在蘇梅體驗的某個全球10大spa來看，泰國spa就算了吧，又low又貴，上海隨便拉一家團購都能吊打

還行吧，在濤島在島上算還行，但是設施還是老舊的.

酒店位置好，大環境不錯，餐廳繁忙，食物不好吃，服務差強人意，早餐咖啡機三天都是壞的，前台服務很好

真正的私人海灘，氣氛好，海水清澈，可能是選擇遠離大樓的別墅類型。當我去吃早餐或去任何地方時，我會走一點遠。沒有可用的高爾夫球車。

一切都很好適合放鬆。氣氛、工作人員、房間都很好。如果你再來濤島。會回來並留在這裡。因為我已經喜歡這裡了🥰

不建議住在這裡。房間睡起來不夠舒服。空調很吵，浴室也不好用。周圍有很多工作人員但無能為力。工作人員唯一能做的就是說「對不起」。他們無法解決任何問題，因為管理層設定的規則非常有限。我們在接送車方面有很多問題。它不包括渡輪的時間。海灘很不錯。食物還可以。最好只是去享受日光浴。因為無論如何遊船都會帶你去那裡看海龜。即使我們付錢住在那裡。無論如何，他們仍然要求你支付浮潛費用。不值得

我非常喜歡它住宿環境很漂亮，氛圍很好，直接考游泳池。和很多椰子樹看起來不錯的簽名有皮划艇活動。也浮潛印像極其深刻早餐很好。

酒店很漂亮。海灘浮潛還不錯，有小鯊魚，海龜，熱帶魚。海灘比想像中還要熱鬧。酒店遠離喧囂，但海灘是公共的並且使用良好。飯店提供前往主要區域的基本接駁車服務。酒店客房將受益於房間內的座位。

住宿非常乾淨，景色優美，所有工作人員提供優質的服務。笑容燦爛，令人印象深刻。

We spend beutiful time in this resort. Everything si like in a movie, quite place with beautiful views unreal. People are so kind! Every recommendation for this resort! The rooms are big and clean, swimming pool area is also amazing. They have also a shuttle bus to pier and back 3 times and day! Everything is good organised

A very special place away from the hustle and bustle! Our bungalow was stunning with beautiful views of the sea snd pool. Beautiful white sandy beaches and warm sea where my husband and I saw 3 turtles and loads of tropical fish The people were so friendly and polite. The cleaning lady couldn’t have been more helpful and the bungalows were spotless. The food was delicious with loads of variety and happy hour had lots of different beers and cocktails. It was soo relaxing and tranquil and I had a wonderful Thai massage in the spa! I thoroughly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone who wants to totally relax after exploring Bangkok and various other places in your lovely country. If you want a night out you can go on the shuttle bus or get a taxi which was really cheap !

La baie est un havre de paix. L'hôtel est très bien intégré dans la nature. Les espaces communs sont magnifiques. Les deux piscines, les bars et restaurants. Petit déjeuner copieux. Plage superbe. Le lieu est extrêmement apaisant. Pas de spa au mois d avril. Je ne mets pas très bien car le bungalow est vieillissant, les finitions moyennes, la clim était défectueuse, la literie dure. C est dommage...
