科斯塔宮酒店(Kosta Palace)

Kos’a her gittiğimde büyük zevkle kalıyorum. Her yere yakın, odalar ferah ve temiz kahvaltı mükemmel.

Konum iyi,hizmet? Odaları 11’de boşaltıp temizlenmiş hazır dahi olsalar 15 e kadar vermiyorlar, Anlayışsızlar bu konuda, banyoda klozetin çok eski ve içinin simsiyah leke içinde olması, Bazı ışıklar beyaz hastane gibi bazıları sarı karmakarışık, Yatak baş uçlarında priz yok, Banyoda priz yok Çatı havuzundan başkada olanak yok

The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

I loved the swimmingpool, I could enjoy it a few minutes. Unfurtunatly it sloses at 18h. I do not understand that such a big hotol is not able to find enough staff in order to keep the pool open until at least 20h. It could even be longer as the swimmingpool is located on the roof and does not disturb other rooms.

Had a 10 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms starting to look a little tired but nevertheless adequate. Lovely buffet breakfast. View from the bar/cafe and pool on the roof is fantastic. Very close to bars, shops, restaurants but far enough away for it to be very tranquil.

Limandan iner inmez sizi karşılayan bir Costa palas oteli ile burun burunasınız kısa da olsa yorucu geçen bir seyahat sonrası bu kadar yakında oluşu inanılmaz güzel. Bununla da kalmıyor hem plajlara hem Oldtown dediğimiz kos adasının her yerine çok rahat yürüyerek ulaşabileceğimiz konumda olması inanılmaz güzel. Temizlik son derece iyi hele liman ve marina manzarası inanılmaz tekrar koşa gelecek o akşam düşünmeden konaklayacağımız tek yer…

The property was clean but not to a high standard, the air-conditioning through our whole stay was terrible and did not cool down the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell to it, we stayed in a business suite and there was no iron or ironing board and when we asked for an iron they supplied one but advised they had no ironing board. When we asked for towels, they were quite funny about giving extra towels and also had no extra pillows when we asked for 2 more as they only supplied 1 each. Our bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The place was central and in a great location but I wouldnt stay here again. I would opt to stay further out and hire a buggy to head into town if I were to come again.

Hotel molto grande e spazi e stanze molto puliti, a parte il tavolino e le sedie sul terrazzino della camera. I muri tra una stanza r l'altra non sono molto insonorizzati per cui si sentono i rumori delle altre camere. Da migliorare le lente procedure in reception per il checkin. Costo della colazione un po' troppo elevato
