Perfect location, clean, well designed, service in excellent

Hier verbleven we met een groep vrienden. Bij het onthaal verliep alles al bijzonder vlot, binnen de kortste keren had iedereen zijn kamer. De kamers zijn ruim en gezellig ingericht, met heel goede bedden en een mooie badkamer. Het ganse hotel ademt stijl en gezelligheid uit, in het bijzonder de bar in een voormalige kapel en een ruime fitness- en sparuimte met groot binnenzwembad. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het beste was dan nog het uitgebreid met heel wat mogelijkheden, zowel aan het buffet als aan de kaart. Het hotel is bovendien heel goed gelegen en op wandelafstand van de voornaamste bezienswaardigheden in Krakau. Kortom een absolute aanrader voor een bezoek aan Krakau.

What an amazing beautiful hotel! Close to everything and quiet inside. When we arrived we went to Gaia for lunch which was gorgeous, beautiful atmosphere and the service was attentive. We loved the food so much we went again on our last day. Our room was upgraded and I had no words when I opened the door, stunning in every way. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast was great, not a huge selection but more than enough to choose from. Every staff member was courteous and spoke English, spoke to us like normal people. We have been telling everyone about our time at the hotel and can’t wait to return. Thank you for making it so special.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the Stradom House Hotel. It was in a great location near to all the relevant tourists spots you will want to visit. We were blown away by the hotel. It was so beautiful. It was 5 star in every aspect. We had 3 rooms and were all equally as nice as the other. The rooms were so clean and the deco was beautiful. The bar and restaurant were fantastic with friendly and very helpful staff. My son has a nut and sesame allergy and they were brilliant in preparing his food in a plain and simple manner. On the last day we were able to store our luggage and spend the afternoon in the spa which was amazing. Thank you Stradom House for the most memorable stay.

This is a great hotel. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance of old town, really close to Royal Castle, and walking distance to Kazimierz. My understanding is the hotel is recently renovated within the last couple of years. It’s beautifully appointed. It has all new hotel amenities, but also is representative of old charm. We didn’t use the spa, but we ate at one of the restaurants Gaia which was great. Additionally, it has probably the best gym that I’ve ever been used in any hotel. The equipment is fantastic. It’s spacious and not cramped. My only complaints are trivial. They don’t have an ice machine, but I would go down to the bar and they would give me buckets of ice to make drinks in my room. Additionally, if you order a taxi from the hotel, it’s literally double the price. I would just simply use an Uber app and this is a lot cheaper.

Stayed for 4 nights in July as a couple. The hotel amenities were excellent. The Spa is world class and we found it was usually empty. We ate in the hotel on our first night and had quite poor service (ordered drink that never arrived and luke warm food) apart from that blip it was excellent. The rooms were beautifully decorated and completely silent. The location is ideal and a few minutes walk to loads of restaurants, bars and tourist sites. the staff were also very friendly and kindly made a packed lunch when we were going on a day trip.
