古晉老巴刹附近酒店

酒店地理位置和View很好，樓下就有一個購物商城和超市，早餐食物新鮮種類豐富，店貓也很熱情🤣 辦理入住和退房都非常快捷，不需要付款按金。 下次再來還是會定這家酒店的。

我入住718房，一大早就被樓上的裝修噪音（電鑽聲、錘擊聲；入住時，我沒有被告知8樓以上在裝修，會有噪音）吵醒，一看時間才9點，然後就電話house keeping，無效。出房間，告訴隔壁房做清潔的服務員，也沒用。下樓去前台，前台服務員PETROS居然説現在可以換房間。我要求找總經理交涉，該服務員聯繫後説總經理在開會，他聯繫工程人員停止裝修聲…… 45分鐘過去了，裝修聲依舊。我不得不在近10點時，再下樓至前台要找總經理投訴，但他躲着不見。我在前台反覆抗議下，前台經理NADIA才出來，上去制止了裝修噪音發生，此時已經超過一小時了。 事情發生後，酒店沒有任何道歉之意。

位置方便，距離河邊遊客區只5-8分鐘路程，2分鐘直達Topspot 大型海鮮攤檔，酒店隔離有超市。房間寬敞明亮，衞生程度尚好，但熱水喉較慢熱，初用時要等超過5分鐘水才夠熱。 早餐的食物種類也多選擇，雖然質素一般，但總體而言也不差

上次我住在這裏就像10-15年前,酒店現在是全新的完全翻新裝修,我喜歡它。前台接待員非常友好和樂於助人。從JB到達後,我們設法在中午12點左右入住,但入住時間是下午2點。其中一名工作人員很友好,他甚至推薦了在古晉市參觀和用餐的地方。每次我們出去回來,他都在那裏迎接我們。位置在風景優美的河邊,步行即可到達海濱,老城區,紀念品商店和餐館。當我回到這裏時,這將是我的首選酒店。強烈推薦4星級酒店。

Of all the Marriott properties I have been to, this one has the best customer service by far. Ms Sabrina greeted my friends and I at check-in and personally showed us to our room, every staff member was polite and fast to help with anything. We got upgraded from original booking superior to a deuxe room due to high occupancy they said but nevertheless appreciate the gesture! Breakfast has a lot of options, the restaurant is good and there are lots of seafood restaurants next door(UTC) Loved the newly opened Tabby Bar sunset view. If you have status, points or upgrade nights this is the place to use them. I'd like to thank Ms Sabrina, Mr Faizul, Mr Abang from the staff for making our time here 5 Stars. They all gave us the VIP experience, we will definitely be back with family.

The hotel is very clean which I appreciate. The bed is also comfortable. However, I can see some black stains on the bed sheets, hidden from view. The room is a triple room, marketed as one queen size bed and 1 single bed. However, the ”queen size” bed is more of a double bed instead of queen size. In addition, I can see the ceiling, especially around aircon ducts inside and outside hotel room, is starting to mold badly. Management should do something about this. Breakfast is very poor with similar offering on a daily basis. Mostly carbs without much real protein or vegetables. Response to service request was also slow. After checking in, I called housekeeping to complain about the safety box. After 30 mins, I called again and the person who answered seems clueless. Only after another 60 mins did I receive their response. I think waiting 90 mins is unacceptable!

相比國內價格還是比較便宜的，整體乾淨，環境好，周邊也有吃飯的地方

在這裏住得很開心。房間已經升級到更大的房間。新blok在3級有游泳池。早餐很基本。可以理解,因爲它入住率很低。 需要改進的事情 1.座椅需要修復becos泄漏 2.水槽應使用較高的管頭,這樣更方便 3.浴室的固定裝置需要正確修理,因爲很少有東西松動。 4.沒有洗髮水 5.毛巾很臭

除了提前退房，不能退款，其他的無可挑剔，房間夠大，服務也很好，前台還幫忙找了插頭，英語說的很專業，大廳玻璃門出去就是商場，方便去超市，也有ATM取款機，還在商場3樓做了一個美甲，都是華人，

就在機場對面的酒店，可以預訂機場接送服務（提前打電話預約）。早餐的選擇比預期多樣化，員工服務態度良好！只是酒店設施稍微可以再翻新些～ 總結來説，是個還不錯的體驗！😊
