藍水度假村(Blue Waters)

Rooms with a good view but services and amenities were not up to the mark. The towels were rough, room and sheets had a peculiar odour, bathroom had leaking water on the floor, and tea kettle was burnt and black from inside. For a 1 night stay after a long road journey, quite unwelcoming and definitely not worth going back to ever

Dusty windows and pillars all over. Unappealing swimming pool. Our room’s main door lock, toilet door lock and balcony door lock - all weren’t working properly. There was a half finished juice glass from the previous occupant on the balcony. Lizard droppings on the balcony chairs and pillars……. All this after paying ₹4,200/- for triple occupancy backwaters facing room. The resort speaks of “once upon a time beautiful scenic place”. It needs a lot of cleaning up, repairs and especially a sharp eye of ***agement. All the best guys. U have a beautiful backwaters facing resort there. Plus point : very courteous and helpful staff and tasty breakfast.

Group of 15 stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time. The location is nice, right in front of the river. The view from the first floor rooms are great. The staff is very friendly and hospitable, greet you with a smile every time they see you. Food was good, was prepared freshly, not very spicy though, so could have been better. Also a few more varieties could have been nice. Rooms are huge, well maintained, have big balconies, come with a mini refrigerator and a coffee kit. Hot water available throughout the day. The property also has ample parking space. Overall very good experience.
