庫莎達西濱海酒店(Marina Hotel Kusadasi)

Staff were very nice, however the breakfast could be much improved, I would say it’s bad. For the price we paid it was okay + the view was wonderful

From the outside, you would drive past this place. However, when you go inside, the decor is really smart and tidy. We were fortunate to have stayed in 2 different room types; 1st one was a double room but single beds. Tidy enough. 2nd room was a king-size, beautiful finishing, massive ensuit and a balcony.

Mi son trovato in questo hotel non scelto da me in un viaggio di gruppo. Vorrei poter scrivere tante cose. Ma per una volta lascio parlare le immagini. È il peggior hotel nel quale abbia mai soggiornato nonostante mi sia fermato anche in ostelli. Per non parlare della qualità del cibo pessima e sui tavoli salivano anche dei gatti presenti, non so per qualche motivo, nell’area ristorazione. Dopo aver degustato per la prima volta il malefico buffet abbiamo preferito poi spostarci nei ristoranti attigui. Camere oscene, sporche, bagno da incubo incrostato e arrugginito. Rovinata la vacanza

Yes, the reviews are correct. Beautiful view of the Harbour is very nice watching the cruise ships come and go. But…… This hotel is rundown and in disrepair. There doesn’t appear to be many staff around either. At breakfast there was an egg/omelet chef and that’s all. One morning there were no cups or glasses and no staff to get any. The egg chef said to ask the waiter. There was no waiter. The following morning the cups and glasses where plentiful but there were no drinks to put in them and the coffee machine had no coffee in it. No cereal, no fruit, no yoghurt. The salad looked fresh though if you like that for breakfast. Dinner was slightly better but still very limited. The lifts are small and slow so we often used the stairs. There’s no lights in the stairwell and the floors between ground floor and the upper floors were in complete darkness. So using the stairs was a bit hazardous. We were part of a touring group and everyone our group had problems with their rooms. Our fridge did not work, the balcony door did not lock and the bathroom tap would only muster up a very weak dribble of somewhat salty water. The air con was intermittent but as the balcony door did not lock we were able to make the use of the fresh air. Our bathroom had bits of the walls peeling off and the taps are was in need of a clean and Polish. On the plus side - it’s in a great location.

Hotel sporco, con buffet con condizioni igieniche disdicevoli. Camere fatiscenti e servizi igienici non funzionanti. Esperienza davvero da dimenticare. Spero che i tour operator bannino a vita questa struttura, perché è ai limiti della decenza.

Zimmer mässig, ebenso dass Buffet. Vorsicht, Mitarbeiter des Sicherheitsdienst nutzt Kundendaten um diese anschliessend in den Sozialen Medien zu suche und voll zu belästigen und das ohne das man einmal miteinander gesprochen hat während des Aufenthalts. Nie wieder.

I reported that I had an accident and I can't come to the hotel. Unfortunately, they don't care, all they care about is money! Of course, they charged me for my stay. Stay away from such hotels, their guests are not important to them. Embarrassing..
