亞特蘭蒂斯海岸索爾酒店(Sol Costa Atlantis)

Hôtel paraissant moderne de l’extérieur et sur les photos. Une fois à l’intérieur, c’est la désillusion totale. Chambres vieillottes, tapisserie décollée, parquet percé… Il y a un arrêt sur image sur la déco années 80 sans rénovation depuis. Le restaurant, tant par sa qualité que son agencement, est digne d’une cantine scolaire. Parking, coffre fort payants en sus. Prestations indignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles! Tout juste 2 et encore…

Etablissement bien situé, fonctionnel, bien équipé, personnel en général avenant serviable! Petits points à relever: Propreté, ok mais ils devraient aller un peu plus au fond de la chose. Equipement, salle de sport des engins qui ne fonctionnent pas, chambre parquet qui se décolle, étagère mal fixée qui nous est tombée sur la tête. Dommage...!

Das Hotel entspricht genau unseren Vorstellungen eines Urlaubshotels. Hoher Komfort, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, zentrale Lage, Ruhe und eine Nähe zum Strand. Mir geht nicht!

Séjour agréable Hôtel bien situé, petit dej bien garni, animation tous les soirs. Literie un peu dur et chambre à la déco un peu vieillotte.

The location of the property was top-notch, however the actual rooms within the hotel were old, dated, and little left to be desired. We actually saw a big roach on our balcony - not a great impression. Our rooms were small and the bathroom walls were yellow stained.

The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . The pool was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very nice at all and Luke warm this was for both the evening and breakfast . I wish we would have gone breakfast only so we could have gone out for dinner . We were also left trapped in the hotel as nobody told us about a cycle race that closed the hotel car park all day .

Al llegar pregunté si tenían comida sin gluten en el desayuno y me dijeron que sí. Al día siguiente al ir, no tenía ningún puesto. Se lo hice saber a un camarero el cual no vi más. Tuve que decírselo a otro. Total, estuve esperando más de una hora para desayunar y sólo me trajeron una cosa. Es una pena porque solía ir, estaba celebrando mi cumpleaños!!!!. Y una pena porque no se corresponde la categoría del hotel con otros de otros grupos. Además no hay servicio de café/infusiones en las habitaciones ni ropa de abrigo.

This is a fabulous hotel. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Pool was nice. Location was great. We also enjoyed the spa. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
