Хороший 4х-звездочный отель. В номерах новый ремонт, большой балкон, если повезёт - будет вид на город, а не на соседний отель. Великолепный завтрак - шведский стол. Расположение: далековато от пляжей, но зато близко к автобусной станции.

The hotel is very well situated with a modern feel to it and the rooftop pools have an amazing view . The bar serves lovely food and the staff are very helpful . Rooms are modern and spacious and always very clean . The breakfast buffet was very generous and varied , lots to choose from . I would not hesitate to return to this hotel . Special mention to Luana and Jose from reception as I had left some items behind and they worked hard to arrange their return . Faultless service 😊

I have just been on my first solo trip and I chose this hotel to stay at. I didn’t find the reception team overly helpful. When I checked in, I wasn’t given any information at all about the location of the restaurant for breakfast or the opening and closing times. I also wasn’t given any information on where the pool was, the operating times, towels etc. I asked if I could have a room with a sea view, but I was told I couldn’t with no reason why. I was willing to pay the additional, but it was a flat out no. On the few times I had any questions, the lady on reception didn’t stop what she was doing on her computer, she spoke to me whilst she continued working so I felt like a bit of a nuisance to her. The pool areas are spacious and have plenty of sun beds. It was quite empty when I used the pool and I can only imagine the reason for that is the sun beds are very uncomfortable. You can’t seat them up, you can only lay on them. A few times I took my pillows up so I could try and sit up and read my book. The pool by the bar is a lovely temperature, but the pool on the other side is freezing. The pool staff were very friendly and they served a good club sandwich. I paid for bed and breakfast, but only ate their breakfast once. The food way okay, but wasn’t very hot and not much variety. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite hard which I’m not used to, but I actually slept very well. My room faced the main road which was a little noisy at times, but it didn’t disturb me too much. The location was brilliant. It’s in a central location and I was able to walk everywhere. As a solo traveler, I felt safe here.

This is a very nice hotel in central Puerto de la Cruz where we spent a week in April. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the excellent buffet breakfast and dinner were enjoyed each day. What made this hotel stand-out were the excellent staff at Reception. We had need for special medical assistance during our stay and what could have been a very difficult situation was made very easy with Jose's support and help, at times beyond the call of duty. This is a hotel to be recommended.

We stayed here for a week. The rooms are lovely and modern with beautiful balconies. Fantastic hotel, very clean and good breakfast. Lots of choice at breakfast. Although we didn't use it, the spa looked amazing. The rooftop bar is lovely with great views. The staff are all very friendly. I hope to return.

Wow what can we say about this fantastic hotel, from the moment we walked in, we felt so welcome 😁 we asked if my daughter could be put in the same floor as us. Which the receptionist done for us no problem 😊 The roof top pool is great, although the heated one was not very clean unfortunately which was a pity. The music by the pool was only at one side where the pool was, we would have liked it in the other pool too. The bedrooms were very spacious and so clean. We cannot fault them, towels were changed everyday in our rooms. Forgot to take pics of bedroom. Breakfast was so nice too, great variety 😋 Jose at reception was a really nice man, he's good at his job 10/10 he was funny 😊 We will return again 🥰

What a wonderful hotel, I will definitely come back. The hotel is immaculate and the cleaners definitely earn their money. I was lucky enough to have a lovely room with a view of the sea and the mountains. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I stayed for two weeks and cleaners came in every day. The pools were lovely, I regularly hired a daybed which I thought was great value, for 30euros you got a round cushioned bed with shade and then 2 cocktails, a bottle of cava and a fruit platter. I only had breakfast in the hotel but again that was excellent quality. You could have omelettes cooked fresh, there was so much to choose from, I’m already missing my breakfasts!! I used the gym regularly which was good, I would go down first thing which seemed to be a quiet time. Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, especially the man on reception. It was an amazing two weeks I will be back ☺️

Très bon hôtel en plein centre ville, près de tout, seul petit bémol les repas du soir répétitifs et de moindre qualité heureusement le petit déjeuner était très ,très copieux dommage que tous les balcons soient éclairés des 20h30 jusqu'au environ de 0 h Mauvais point pour la chanteuse un soir qui braillait si fort dans son micro que du second étage on pouvait l'entendre et très bon point pour le trio de femmes qui nous à fait apprécier le Flamenco un autre soir. Océan à 6/7 mn à pieds, la ville de Puerto de la Cruz possède beaucoup de lieux à découvrir à pieds.
