Four Points By Sheraton is a hotel that I've been passing by for years, especially when heading to The Palms Mall @ Lekki. It appears to 'sit' on the border of Victoria Island and Lekki. I've always wanted to stay here, but never got the opportunity to do so until now. Booking was super easy on ***********, and upon arrival, the check-in process was a breeze. I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives', as I customarily do. PROS: First of all, the entire hotel is lovely!😍 This includes the lobby, rooms, swimming pool and other environs. Except for some scaffolding/repairs, everything about the hotel appeared neat, clean and orderly. The exterior of the hotel is kempt and well-maintained. Our room was beautifully decorated. It was done in attractive pale, dark grey and navy blue colors, with a liberal dark mahogany panelling. There was a comfy armchair and sturdy desk/workspace area. The room had a calm, simple and contemporary theme. The bed was firm and comfortable with crisp white linen and a divine duvet. The channel selection at Four Points was great. There were over 40 channels, and the remote was very easy to navigate, which is such a relief because that's not always the case with hotel televisions. The air conditioning was so cold that we had to turn it off at some point. It's debatable whether this is a pro or con. 🤔There was a kettle with mugs, glasses, complimentary water and beverage satchets a top a tiny fridge. The bathroom was nice too- with complimentary miniature toiletries laid out. The size of the room was also very good. Four Points By Sheraton had an adorable Hotel Shop (for cute gift and sundries), a small Hair Salon and Barber Shop on the premises. There was also a medium indoor type swimming pool. I'm not sure how many restaurants the hotel has, but I saw a Cafe in the Lobby, and then there was the French-themed Brazzerie, (where we had breakfast). The breakfast buffet at Brazzerie was decent, with everything from intercontinental offerings to Nigerian staples and classics, all cooked brilliantly. The service at Four Ponts By Sheraton is excellent! From the moment we arrived, till when we checked out, just about every staffer we encountered was polite and ever ready with a friendly greeting. We were checked in by a delightful AYO in the reception. Ayo was awesome, so diligent and professional, he sort of 'set the tone' for our stay at Four Points. JOHN in the lobby was also very nice to us, as were RUTH and OLAMIDE when we checked out. At Brazzerie Restaurant, OSEME- (the Egg Station Guy) was amazing! He was at my beck and call when I had breakfast at Brazzerie, and mehn does he make a mean omelette! His eggs were quite delicious. 🍳😋 Two other ladies at Brazzerie by the names of ABIODUN and AMINA were very courteous, so I'd definitely say that the 'service sector' at this particular Four Points By Sheraton is exemplary. Even the Gate/Security Guards and Salon, Gift Shop staff were really cool.
