I was very disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I had gotten my mom concert tickets for Christmas for her and her friend, and had booked this hotel nearly 3 months in advance. I booked a two queen room. My mom shows up to check in, and they give her a single King room. My mom insists that this was wrong, and shows the front desk her booking. They tell her that they were overbooked. However, there is no reason that my reservation should be penalized for the sake of people who did not book in advance. What is even more upsetting is that there was no sort of compensation or attempt to make up for the hotel's mistake. As it is, a double queen is more expensive than a single King, and there was no offer of a refund of the difference. Because I was not there, I was hoping this would be a fun, stress-free experience for my mom and her friend. Instead, it became a weekend where they had to compromise on their experience, and that is unacceptable to me.

Despite prepaying for breakfast this Hotel charged my credit card; I’ve called them, emailed them - zero response. With regard to condition, this hotel is certainly showing its age, musky smelling rooms, no modern TV.

I thought charging 7 dollars to park overnight in a parking lot that is actually shared with other businesses and does not appear to be privately owned by Courtyard By Marriott was a nickel and dime tactic

Hotel was in good condition, in a nice area and everything worked. I was unfortunately given a room next to the whirlpool, and there were guests using it late at night which caused some noise. Other than that, the Starbucks inside is super convenient.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room and easy access to Freeway. Will stay here again!!

This stay was okay the room was dirty and the shower didn’t have cold water. It looked dated and old. Not happy
