Check in was easy and fast. Plenty of parking. Front desk is amazing on both shift. Free transportation is close by. Walking distance to the beach (not Treasure Island) - less crowded. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and spacious.

I want start by saying Larry at the front desk was awesome very friendly welcoming with good recommedations. Great customer service is rare these days so thank you larry. As for the hotel very clean comfortable good location pet friendly was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Location was perfect for us, just a short distance from the shopping and beach but easy to reach via trolley. Would stay here again.

Room was updated but incredibly dirty. Floors were unswept and crumbs and debris everywhere. Hairs on floor, furniture, walls, shower/tub, and sink. Bathroom fixtures were rusted (somewhat expected given the pricepoint). Lots of broken handles, knobs, etc throughout the room. Free continental breakfast was ok and as expected for the room prices. Staff was nice and helpful all things considered.

nice Asian restaurant down the street. Spirits and convenience shop next door.
quick walk to the beach so take in the sunset if you can.
nice job on the room I was in 114.
I literally spent the night and left early am. I felt they had a bit of litigiousness on the intro paperwork at check-in but it was no problem to me since I was in and out. Good reminder for others.

For $200/night, across the street from the ocean, and walking/short driving distance to a lot of good restaurants and shops to browse. My kids may have bleed me dry with the costs of gifts and treats, we sure did have a great time. We’ll be back!

The pictures showed views of the ocean from rooms, I got room 202 which was a dungeon, just a view of a brick wall 5’ from the window with no daylight.
This ruined our 20th anniversary
Horrible hotel.

very clean, friendly staff, great location, free ample underground parking. only downside was street noise. But with the location, thats hard to solve for. would stay again. was in Laguna for a wedding
