Great property, friendly staff. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door had terrible patched paint. The handle on the door would automatically put the deadbolt out when you opened it. Had to go to the front desk to see how to pull it back in because the actual lock was broken so you could not use it to actually lock the door. Breakfast was tasty. The pancake machine was not working on Sunday. Worked on Saturday. Was told it was burning pancakes... not sure I believe that. Muffins were never refilled. Overall I'd rate our stay a 7/10.

We were expecting a working jucuzzi in our suite it is the only reason we picked this hotel.

Good for one night. The beds are very hard. I have never slept at a Holiday Inn where beds were so hard the floor would have slept better. The breakfast was great. It is very clean with wonderful staff.

The rooms were run down, wasn’t aware of not pet friendly had to pay $250.00 for one night for tiny 13 yr old pet!! Will never stay at a Holiday Inn and definitely tell my friends. We are retired and afford that!! That was very disturbing!!

I don't have a lot to add here because it's not the staffs fault if the hotel needs renovations.

After going to wrong Holiday Inn I found correct one to be a lot less desirable...Elijah the check in person was wonderful He gave me directions , help and was a great ambassador of the hotel...

The staff were very professional and warm—from the staff who checked us in to the smiling face of the young man in the morning. Thank you for a great stay. Your rooms were very clean and we felt welcome—even though we came in so late at night. The Christmas tree in the lobby was so professionally put up. It was very inviting all around.

Great staff!! Bathroom looked a little old with rusted jets, missing light fixtures. Other than that, very comfortable and clean

It’s right off the freeway so there’s a bit of noise. Other than that it’s a great property. It was clean, comfortable and safe.

It was a dependable, safe and friendly 1 day stay and just right for the price. Loved the tree.

Called to notify we would be checking in late after a four hour drive. Was first told I didn’t have a reservation when I showed up, then was given a key for someone else’s room! Fortunately they had the flip lock on and we probably only gave them a scare, but then we had to come back up and wait another 10 minutes to be sorted into another room. The worker was friendly at least, but management should really do better training to prevent things like this.

When we were going to bed I pulled back the sheets and they were dirty with someone else’s hair on them and some purple damp spots. The cleaning staff had left so they offered to change our room. We declined and they gave us clean sheets to change ourselves. Then we found a dead bug in the other bed. The staff was very nice but I don’t know how they missed the dirty beds. We also found someone else’s black shirt between the mattress and the headboard that was filthy. Won’t be back there for sure.

Lady at the front desk was great. Main issue was the AC unit. In the middle of the night it started making noises like it was an old V-8. Room was very old. Area around the hotel was a bit sketchy.

The staff was fine, the property looked fine. But, I never made it to a room. Before I could get a single thing out of my vehicle, someone had come off the street pretending to be a guest at the hotel and wanting money and to know what room I was staying in. I left.
