Bottom line, you can't rely on this hotel to have your room ready at the 4:00pm checkin time. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days - upon arrival at 4:30 pm (a half hour after check-in time) NEITHER ROOM WAS READY. This might not seem like a big deal, but after driving for 7.5 hours from San Francisco with my 85 year old father, it was. At check we were given no estimate for being able to get into our room -- the answer was "I don't know," just wait here in the lobby. My dad needed to be able to get into a room and rest before our eventing event. After much discussion with the front desk, I asked for ANY ROOM, so my father could rest. At 5 pm the front desk finally gave us a room - they had rooms available, just not our King studios. They refused to give us a room until the discussion got heated. The facilities are fine - but they clearly do not care about their customers. I will NOT BE BACK!!
