Very clean , but the smell of bleach was fairly intense in the room. Great location and associated location for the music festival was perfect. Room was somewhat dated but comfortable. No refrigerator in the room, which was unexpected. Price was high for a Monday but it was tourist season. Enjoyed it, overall! Great Lake cruise!

Excelente lugar,lo visite en una boda de unos amigos , muy tranquilo para descansar , muy bien ubicado , cerca de todo , puedes caminar desde el hotel al centro del pueblo y restaurantes del área , trato amable y una vista espectacular , es un lugar que volvería a visitar .

Nice, clean hotel the lighting needs to be updated as the lights are very dim inside. Heads up for the women, they have a rain shower, so if you just intended to wash your body quickly, that’s not happening because now your hair is getting wet whether you wanted it wet or not. The conference area is wonderful, very bright and airy giving you a view of the lake, they also have a fireplace as well as a fire pit by the conference center. All in all it was a terrific stay during the conference.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic scenery, and friendly staff. What's not to like? It was great! We requested an upgrade after we arrived, and the staff accommodated us with one even though they were almost fully booked with several weddings while we where there. Very helpful staff.

The room was up to date and the staff was very accommodating. We were there for a wedding with a 4:00PM check in and we needed our room earlier for the 2:30 wedding. They accommodated us and everything was perfect. Definitely a very nice hotel to stay at and the view of Lake George is awesome.

TOP NOTCH, CLASSY been coming here for years, this was my second stay just this summer So relaxing, everything so clean, staff all great So many amenities. Didn't want to leave !! Will be returning again, and probably before summers end ENJOYED THE VERANDA

Family wedding - the venue is stunning, premium rooms were clean and very comfortable, front desk staff, wait staff, bartenders, housekeeping were all amazing. The only negative and my reason for not giving a 5 is the hostess, Helene, at Lakeside restaurant. She was extremely rude to my family and was not helpful or accommodating. After encountering her two days in a row we opted to have breakfast off grounds the third day. She should not be the face that greets people.

If you want to enjoy Lake George to the fullest this is the place to be. We come to Lake George and this is the place we stay at. All staff go above and beyond. We also had our wedding in the Carriage House working with Dawn and Keilana who made our dream wedding a reality! Make the right decision and book here on your next visit to Lake George!
