阿班多火車站附近酒店

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

很漂亮的酒店,很舒適的房間,雖然很小。很棒的淋浴,房間裏一切都融化得很好。衣和拖鞋需要單獨要求,但是在西班牙幾乎到處都是這種做法。不吃歡迎香和美味。好吃的!可以說酒店很棒,我們在那裏度過了整天,但我們都很喜歡。舒適的牀,柔軟的牀墊,超級舒服的頭。早餐值得單獨注意裏面吃的絕對是一切。酒店位置很好。總的來說,一切都很好🫶

入住:2月2026晚 審查: 1.非常冷的房間和衛生間,房間特別是衛生間特別冷,開空調製熱時,直接吹到睡在牀上的人頭上,不舒服,呼吸困難。 2.很吵,房間面向一條繁忙的街道,整晚都在外面說話,吵鬧,隔音效果很差 3.房間極小。房間顯然是爲一個人設計的(這甚至在酒店的平面圖上註明),但我們作爲兩個客人入住了那裏。幾乎沒有空間放置行李或個人物品。浴室也沒有架子。 4.馬桶擺放不舒服,馬桶定位方式只能斜線使用,我認爲完全不能接受。 5.照片中顯示的丟失的書桌。房間照片顯示的是寫字檯,但實際上沒有。我們不得不花時間要求並安排將書桌帶到房間,因爲這是工作所必需的。 6.停車信息誤導,酒店描述說明有停車位,但實際上步行約15-minute,這個在帶行李出行時非常不方便,我們到達時才發現這個這個信息沒有提前溝通,酒店附近也沒有地方停,連5分鐘卸行李。另外酒店沒有前台,所以很難快速尋求幫助。

Отличный отель, настоятельно рекомендую! Расположение 10/10, прямо в самом центре Casco Viejo. Отель расположен на оживленной улице, на первом этаже коворкинг зона и кофейня. Были некоторые опасения насчет шума, но меня поселили на четвертый этаж, где было тихо и спокойно 😌

酒店很乾凈，服務也好，因為出差行程長，行程有點記混淆，我應該要退房的卻沒有退房，直到下午兩三點去酒店進不去門才發現自己應該退房，和酒店説明情況後，竟然沒有產生一分錢費用，比國內酒店都人性化

鄰近巴士站出入機場和其他城市非常方便 距離主要景點稍遠，大概需要步行20分鐘，還可接受 設施整潔，客服人員非常友善

位置很好，就在 St Mames車站上蓋，車站出口轉彎就到！交通很方便，地鐵站及電車站都很近

A True Gem That Feels Like a 4-Star Hotel! My stay at the Sercotel Arenal Bilbao was flawless. The hotel is absolutely spotless, with lovely decor and beautiful views from the room. The entire hotel, from the elegant lobby to my room, was spotless. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work, ensuring a pristine and hygienic environment that immediately made me feel at ease. The reception staff provided excellent, warm service. The breakfast was perfect—not too big, not too small, but just the right selection for an amazing start to the day. The management is clearly doing a fantastic job. With this level of quality and attention to detail, this hotel truly operates like a four-star property. I can't wait to return.

酒店近車站，對面已經是電車站，交通出行非常方便。附近有超市、店鋪，唯一缺點是3:00pm後才可以看到check in，但可以放行李。房內有私人廚房、雪櫃、私人浴室，唯一缺點是沒有房間收拾服務，而且只提供一卷廁紙。
