酒店的位置很好，附近有很多食店、又有一間超巿，就算要去按摩都是五分鐘路程。早餐很豐富，很好味。酒店經理Sasan很好，會在早餐時段跟客人閒談，到離開前一天又會了解客人的去向，以作安排，都是很好的。 但酒店每天要收我6歲小童附加費，其他酒店都不用收，每天15美元真是太多。

新酒店，非常細心的服務，乾淨的床品，好吃的早餐，welcome drink ，只是隔壁看開關門會聽見，早上7：30就聽到敲打，深夜是可以安靜入睡的 酒店的spaㄧ定要感受一下，晚上最好20：30前享受90分鐘的singature therapy ，Tung 、的手法非常穩扎流暢，安靜貼心的服務。Hujen 的手法也非常到位；離店貼心的小手信，真的會忍不住一直給tip,雖然越南沒有小費文化，給1杯飲料的費用是ok的 離環劍湖很近ㄧ條路到底，網紅咖啡樓、都在隔壁而已，記得搭city tour Bus環ㄧ圈河內啊⋯⋯超方便的，下次還會再來入住這家。

需要一個沒有街道噪音的好夜晚。 據工作人員說，在7樓可以做到這一點。房間離馬路只有五米，我認為入住率最高只有25%。而且這是皇家標準。浴室的窗戶甚至關不起來。 我要求換一間遠離馬路、窗戶可以關閉的房間。他們給了我另一間。窗戶又壞了，但我修好了，現在關上了。我把窗戶側面的鎖系統抬起來，但它掉了下來，所以現在窗戶打不開了。窗戶很小。還有一個大窗戶。因為窗戶很大，這些房間被認為是行政房。我從來沒有擔心過窗戶大小會影響房間的等級。 但窗戶的另一邊有一面牆，裡面有一個非常可怕的洞，你只能盯著它看。正因為如此，我並沒有真正感受到自己是行政房。不過，我還是睡了一晚，終於可以正常睜開眼睛了。累到眼睛都睜不開的時候，感覺怪怪的。第二天，眼睛都腫起來了。 突然，前台後面有個年輕女孩用極其謙卑的語氣走過來告訴我，這其實是行政房。我當時真的懷疑，他們是不是有那麼卑鄙的態度，竟然想幫我升級房間。 算了，反正也要搬遷了。河內是個塵土飛揚的城市。我是說塵土飛揚到極致。塵土飛揚到參觀這裡造成的破壞和傷害，真的讓這趟旅行感覺不值得。 而且，共產主義制度完全不適合我個人。我的社會地位較高。 總的來說，我感覺他們的員工很友好，但這是他們的工作。他們不應該像我曾經問過越南人最喜歡什麼運動那樣咄咄逼人。 但那天是退房日。男接待員把我推上計程車司機，要我為網路訂的菜多付錢後，她朝司機笑了笑，那笑聲中透著一絲陰險，讓我徹底清醒了。不過，新老闆沒那麼熱情，卻又想賣我更多晚，還說我應該再來，這也太奇怪了。 我完全無法理解這種處理方式。 提前入住竟然要額外支付30%的費用。我預訂一兩晚的時候，他們說可以，但如果預訂一周，我就會免費。就我而言，我理解提前3小時入住需要多付錢。但我的解釋很清楚。我需要好好休息，正常地躺著，而不是在街上走得更累。他們提供的選擇與顧客至上毫無關係。更多以最粗暴的方式虐待顧客。這已經是我在河內第二次遇到這種虐待的住宿了。我總共只住過兩家。沒錯，你說得對，旅伴。旅行真是太恐怖了。 現在開始一些物質化的評價： 床是全新的，100% 棒極了，而且很健康。 一塵不染，即使你拒絕打掃房間，也會有人來打掃。非常需要這樣做。向清潔工致敬。 迎賓大廳很舒適。 淋浴很好。 大樓前面很吵，但我只見過一個房間，我知道女人們會遵循歐洲的滅火器程序，我在越南就經歷過這種情況。這甚至讓我感到「越南麻木」。 但這是個好兆頭。還有7天，至少我體驗了一下當年美軍的經驗。 對我來說，「越南麻木」更像是一次服役之旅。 我看到一扇紅色的門，就想把它漆成黑色。 共產黨人不是我的人民。

位置極方便，附近舊城區，步行前往便可… 酒店職員非常貼心服務，詳細介紹附近最出名的店舖及景點，雖然酒店不算太大，可是每位同事非常之負責任👍🏼

酒店臨近西湖，應該算是社區型酒店，區域不小，可以在小區里散步，也有看到很少戶數門口很多雙鞋子的家庭。客廳廚房臥室都算大的了，因為出差一天，都沒有使用任何房內設施，有個游泳池蠻大的。適合來出差數日的人或家庭。

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

地理位置卓越，距離環劍湖步行3分鐘可到，房內簡約實用，唯獨沒有提供一次性拖鞋，頂樓有一個Sky Bar，可以欣賞湖邊高空美景，注重方便與實用的商務客可以考慮！

接近機場的位置，方便從國際機場走來這裡只要十幾分鐘，入住也很快
