Excellent check-in and service from the whole team. Great breakfast with variety and a beautiful setting. Central location, easy to get around and take walks along the river.

Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis, insgesamt leider schon etwas „verwohnt“

Schöner Ausblick auf den Fluss, die Stadt und die Burg (bei Buchung von "Zimmer mit Flussblick"). Frühstück sehr vielseitig - auch hier mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Tiefgarage etwas beengt, aber noch im akzeptablen Bereich. Zwei Aufzüge von Keller bis 3. Stock, die schnell reagieren. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und inzwischen etwas abgewohnt, aber sehr sauber.

I'm torn about recommending this hotel. I actually am very laid back and let a lot of things go that others don't but not in this case. When checking in after a long day traveling I shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper because there is none. They only supply 2 hand towels and 2 so called bath towels. They have liquid soap combo of body soap and shampoo but no wash cloths to help with washing. Our toilet broke and we were moved to another room which was done in a timely fashion. However in our new room the bedding was totally different. Instead of warm cozy comforters we had very light weight ones that are to be used in the summer. We had reserved 2 rooms and the second room had different level of bedding too. There didn't seem to be any consistency in the bedding supplied. Pillows were terribly lumpy. Our 2nd room had a small refrigerator also not consistent and there was a list of what was in there and cost. Surprise! Nothing in there. There were a few things broken too. There is also no drawer space for our clothes. It was just a few shelves. The only good thing was their breakfast set up every morning. That and the view from the dining room was very good. We stayed there 14 days and paid alot of money. We chose to stay because I had someone with me with dementia and a move would have been terrible for her. I really feel that I was overcharged and very disappointed. The staff was very nice.

Achat Hotel Kaiserhof ist ein Hotel wo Alles klappt. Nahe an der Stadtmitte, gute Park Mögligkeiten, grosse Zimmer, freundlicher Bedienung, eine schöne Frühstück Buffet. Kein Luxus, aber alles Klappt

Sauna und Fitness Studio sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen Als ich in der Sauna war war es über 100 Grad heiß. Kaum auszuhalten. Das Equipment wie Hanteln usw. war unzumutbar. Wackelie Hantelbank und viel zu wenig Auswahl an Gewicht.

Leider war die Dame beim Check In außerordentlich unfreundlich. Obwohl wir schon vor ihr standen zum Einchecken, beachtete sie uns gar nicht. Auf die Bitte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer haben wir ein Zimmer an der Hauptverkehrsstraße bekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür, die sich nicht abschließen ließ. Dieser Hinweis wurde lapidar abgebügelt ohne Abhilfe zu schaffen. Das Zimmer war leider auch nicht gut gereinigt und beim Duschen kam uns die Duschstange entgegen. Das Zimmer an sich war OK, aber in puncto Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit ist sehr viel Luft nach oben.

Sauberes freundliches modern gestaltete Haus. Schöner Blick über die Isar und den Kirchturm bei Nacht. Wem das Geräusch von rauschendem Wasser beim einschlafen hilft, kommt auch dabei auf seine volle Kosten. Immer wieder gerne!!

Im Hotel ist sehr viel Gutes passiert. Zimmer sind sehr schön. Ein herrlicher Blick von der Außenterrasse aufs Schloss und direkt an der Isar. Konnten gut in der Hotelgarage parken. Lage sehr gut und zentral.
