This Premier Inn is ideal for an early flight from Leeds Bradford airport. It's very clean and friendly, next door to a pub for an evening meal. We had a good night's sleep on comfy beds, which was a good stress free start to our holiday. The Inn is only 5 minutes away from the secure Sentinel car park, where we left the car for the duration of our holiday.

我們被安置在一個非常小的雙人臥室(標準雙人),但是幾乎沒有任何空間可以移動,甚至浴室也很小。我去和經理交談,經理很可愛,把我們升級到行政套房(蜜月),沒有額外的費用,因爲這是我的夥伴生日。絕對令人驚奇!!

我和我4個月大的嬰兒在這裡住了3晚，以擺脫在家工作的麻煩。沒有比這更好的了-所有工作人員都非常友好，沒有什麼太大的麻煩，床很舒服，房間乾淨寬敞，浴室很可愛。看完其他評論後，我要求遠離健身房的安靜房間，這沒問題。酒吧和燒烤店的食物很可愛，除了令人失望的超級食物沙拉。我一定會回到這裡。

到達收集我們的房間鑰匙時,接待處的林賽絕對可愛。她非常熱情,並清楚地解釋了一切。我們到達了我們的公寓,這是完美的,所以很容易進入。我掙扎着樓梯,我們還讓我們的年邁的父親坐在輪椅上拜訪我們。所以免費停車場,方便前往電梯,真的很有幫助。公寓絕對有我們需要的一切,更多!!風扇開着,窗戶開着,走進去,是一個可愛的涼爽清新的環境。我絕對喜歡《客人指南》,非常值得一讀!😀廚房真的儲備了我們自己做飯所需的一切。廚房的一部分生活空間也真的很可愛。天井門在炎熱的天氣裏是一個可愛的獎勵,我們實際上感覺我們有時坐在樹上。所以放鬆!!牀很舒服,再次乾淨整潔。浴室很可愛,清新干淨,淋浴非常強大。退房時,我們與黛比進行了可愛的聊天。再次,她非常友好,只是想確保我們有一個可愛的住宿。外賣早餐很棒,非常適合我們退房日。很高興能夠直接告訴經理我們真的很喜歡我們的住宿。我們一定會回來的!物超所值,如此棒的工作人員!

The hotel is definitely dated and a bit basic but fair value for money. Booked single room but got a twin so was a bit bigger but one of the beds was sunken in the middle so luckily there was just me and could use the other one. A chair at a desk in the room also has very wonky legs and nearly collapsed. Clean enough but in desperate need for a facelift.

Room are up several sets of stairs, on the plus side there's no noise from the downstairs pub (they have music on Thursdays). There's a second exit to the rear car-park, although the hotel has only 4 spaces it backs onto the large North Parade car park. The location is close by the river which has a nice bank-side walk and it's within walking distance of everything else in Otley. I can't comment on the dinner as the chef was on maternity leave and evening meals were 'off' but the cooked breakfast was fine and the range of beers and ales in the bar was good. Rooms are comfortable but quite small, from memory there's 4 or 5 in what seems to be loft conversion. My room was shower only via an instant electric heater which was actually OK. Other facilities in the room were fine, with a small desk, kettle, wardrobe etc. An annoyance was the room doors are on automatic closers, probably for fire regs, and other guests did let them slam shut. I'm sure closers can be adjusted so avoid that! WiFi was OK, but they were having some problems when I was there, maybe linked to the till not accepting credit cards. I paid via *********** to resolve that. All in all, I thought decent value and really nothing startling to complain about.
