Staying at the Cornell Inn is unquestionably a must each year. Kurt, the owner, is the best example of what an owner should be - welcoming, accessible, informed and so likable. And then there’s the staff who always have a smile on their faces, are willing to help and provide service above and beyond what one could/should expect. And did we mention breakfast. We have always looked forward to what is going to be available each day for breakfast - luscious, fresh and unforgivingly filling. Finally, a special treat each night just goes beyond all expectations.

Look up the word hospitality and you will find “The Cornell Inn”. The staff were all welcoming, patient and kind. The room was excellent in terms of cleanliness, amenities and ambiance. The breakfast was superb. We are looking for an opportunity to return.

Fantastic experience! Great service, convenient location to lenox and many nearby activities. Breakfast was delicious and the room was well designed! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the afternoon spiced rum and wine as well tasty baked treats!

We loved this inn! Very friendly and accommodating staff; delicious breakfast; great location; and pretty to boot! It is walkable into town. We took a beautiful walk through Kennedy Park and then got delicious ice cream at Fair Lawn. We visited The Mount and Mass Moca. Great dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cornell Inn. The bed was so comfortable! We enjoyed our breakfast and had the BEST time meeting other guests at the Inn’s cozy bar. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Lenox is a great spot in the Berkshires since it is close to everything. Highly recommend!

Friendly, lovely place in a great location. The staff were all smiling and friendly. They offered a welcome cider on arrival, a bottle of wine in the room, and a late night cognac. There were pastries all day and a very nice breakfast. It's close (walking distance) to nice restaurants and easy hiking. Our room was impeccably clean with a fireplace (for which they provided a clean burning log). We look forward to returning!

Great location, a short drive to the downtown, restaurants. Stockbridge, and the Norman Rockwell Museum was only 15 minutes away. Our room was located very close to the lobby yet still quiet. Very clean room with a comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. The staff was friendly. Perfect inn for a New England experience!

From the moment we arrived to the morning we had to leave :-( everything was perfect! We were warmly greeted and continuously felt welcome and "like family". The staff could not have been more welcoming and the accommodations were great! Loved the in room fireplace, Keurig machine, small fridge and attached porch. It seemed like a lot of thought went into the decor of the main inn as well as the other buildings. The grounds were lovely, clean and relaxing. The breakfasts were scrumptious and the welcome hot cider was delicious. We will definitely be a repeat customer!

wow! from arrival it felt like home. this small quaint but modern inn is a gem. it has all amenities one needs while away from home. rooms are large with great details and decor. beds and pillows were amazing! great shower with high-end soaps and body washes. breakfast was outstanding and different daily, all staff from the front desk to breakfast staff and the cooks were welcoming, friendly and engaging - and never made you feel like you were bothering them (unusual for these days!) complimentary welcome drink upon arrival - brownies and pastries put out in the afternoon. free bottle of wine in room. less than 5 min drive to downtown. they have a cozy bar area w a puzzle table. i really cannot say enough. it was a great experience all around.
