古老之地放鬆酒店(Antiche Terre Hotel & Relax)

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura dopo una giornata alle cinque Terre. Ottima località per chi si sposta in macchina, considerato anche l'ampio parcheggio. I proprietari gentili e disponibili a qualsiasi informazione. La camera pulita e con tutto il necessario. Colazione abbondante. In più al check in ci è stato proposto un menú del giorno per la cena, non ci siamo fermati, però l'abbiamo trovato un bel servizio.

Lieu très reposant, accessible en 30 minutes depuis la spezia. Literie confortable mais manque d'insonorisation. . Bien que nous ayons réservé au restaurant à la dernière, nous avons très bien mangé et nous avons eu un très bon service. La piscine est très agréable

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con una coppia di amici durante un giro in moto. Camera familiare fornita di tutto il necessario, dal phon al kit contessa, asciugamani e lenzuola. Avevo prenotato una familiare con due letti matrimoniali, ma ci hanno assegnato due camere adiacenti, con due bagni (purtroppo una con letti singoli). Meglio un bagno in più!!! Abbiamo parcheggiato le moto a fianco della reception. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e consiglio. La cena nella norma, scelta di tre primi e tre secondi, porzioni abbondanti ma non particolarmente ricercate. Un solo dolce e poca disponibilità di amari, forse anche perché siamo a fine stagione. Lo consiglio come tappa per un giro in moto tra i colli del Levante Ligure

mis à part la vue et la chambre propre et assez grande il n'y a as grand chose à en dire. la cuisine est tout sauf typique et surtout surgelée, le service n'est pas à la hauteur les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées et le ventilateur de plafond fait tellement de bruit et vibre tellement qu'on a peur de le prendre sur la tête! et même les moustiques étaient de la partie pour gâcher notre séjour

I can't possibly say enough to recommend this hotel! We'd missed our check-in elsewhere due to traffic problems and they'd refused to accommodate us. We came across this hotel, despondent, while driving back to Cinque Terre to try to find a dog-friendly hotel at short notice. I have never felt more welcome at a venue. The owner and all the staff were helpful and friendly, found us a room, accepted the dogs and gave us a meal just as the kitchen was about to close. They catered for my vegan friend and my own allergy to gluten and then when they could not come up with a dessert (20 minutes notice) they gave us a whole bowl of fruit to take to our room. Breakfast was ecellent also. The location is stunning and the amenities incredible - if I ever go back to this area of Italy I will definitely book again. Who knows, it was so good that I might just go there anyway to make better use of the leisure facilities and the excellent food.

All the positive reviews of Antiche Terre Hotel & Relax is a mystery. We were misled, and stayed there for three nights during our three weeks summer holiday in July-August 2023, and this is by far our worst experience. The location is in the middle of nowhere, and the place is in a desperate need of renovation. Unfortunately, we arrived in time for dinner. The premises are more like a school dining hall than a restaurant. There is only one option for dinner; a full three-course menu with two choices for main course. We asked if we could share one three-course menu between two persons, but that is out of the question - you are stuck to the full three-course menu or nothing. The fish was completely dry and tasteless and the meat resembled rubber. We politely complained, but were not taken seriously. This “restaurant” is a true disgrace to the wonderful Italian kitchen. The staff in the “restaurant” used security guard radio earplugs inspired by nineties spy-movies, and it was difficult to understand if they were talking to you or to each other. The unfriendly, tattooed wannabe security guard managing the “restaurant” made the already uncomfortable atmosphere even worse. The rooms and bathrooms are very simple: Outdated interior, no air-condition and paper-thin walls. You can hear exactly what is going on in the other rooms, so you don’t need to bother using your own alarm in the morning as the alarms from the other rooms will wake you up. This is actually not a problem since the roosters outside probably are well underway in their impressively long lasting morning show anyway. If you against all odds should be able to sleep through this, be sure that the loud music from the reception effectively will do the job. We were sure the breakfast should be better than the dinner, but were unfortunately wrong. It’s very simple with the cheapest sort of toppings and bread, and overall very limited selection. If you want eggs you have to pay extra. To emphasize the quality level of this place, industrial juice is self-served in disposable plastic cups. At least we didn’t need to use dirty glasses like we had at the dinner. We did not feel welcome at Antiche Terre Hotel & Relax and wondered if the staff is working against their will and really don’t want guests. We had the impression that we bothered them with our presence. We strongly advise against spending time and money at this place. There are so many nicer hotels with polite staff in the market. One star is given for an unforgettable stay. We were actually amused by the unprofessionalism.

The hotel was in a lovely location with stunning views across the mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the pool was lovely. The room was well equipped and although no air con, the ceiling fan worked well for us in 32 degree heat! Negatives: advertised as having a tennis court, it would be more appropriate to describe it as a concrete playground as one could not access the tennis net; it was entwined in thorny brambles in the corner of the area. It was very overgrown and the ground condition was poor. We purchased the only bottle of rosé wine on offer, for €22, which was a very poor standard and upon closer investigation (Google!) we discovered it retails at €1.99 a bottle - which we felt was a disproportionate markup. The food in the restaurant however was of a very good standard. They were also very considerate of our little dog. All in all, a very good experience.

Un moustique écrasé sur le mur de la chambre me fait enlever une étoile sur la propreté. À part ça au top, confortable avec le ventilateur du plafond ! Personnel très agréable et communication aisée Belle vue, piscine très sympa, dîner et petit déjeuner au top. Un bon repos

Très bon accueil et très beau cadre extérieur Les chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées , l’hôtel est très bruyant. Les places de parking sont limitées. Il ne denle pa y avoir de place pmr. Il y a des suppléments payants au petit déjeuner mal indiqués, et les serveurs ne le mentionnent surtout pas. C’est la surprise au dèpart. ,
