I went through ******* to pay for room I was gonna stay 2 nights but my daughter got out hospital so we checked out earlier than planned the manager said they couldn’t refund my card because we went through ******* the manager said contact ******* and have them contact quality inn and they would refund my card so ******* did that and quality inn wouldn’t refund my card I tried calling quality inn several times they won’t call me back manager is never there when I call I left message for him to call back so I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to no one

The owner tried to break into my room. Because I had a latch on the door she used a jimmy. I threatened to file a police report & the staff made a snarky remark @ no cameras so they would like to see me try. Nice hotel but I left for safety reasons

The deadbolt on the door did not lock and the room had a weird smell initially but everything else was fine. I stay here often when I come to town and it’s usually ok.

Some people hanging outside tried to call me over to their car when i was going to check in. A bit unnerving. Told the front desk and didnt seemed to concerned. I was expecting a $50 deposit , not a $200. I had to change all my money plans. The wifi hardly worked too. The room itself was good.

Very "sketchy" feeling, claimed to be re-done and definitely has not been. Our room outlets rarely worked, no tv remote, wood around AC was broken off, and our door never wanted to shut and when did had to be slammed. Staff was AMAZING and worked well with us but building itself was not great.

Hotel was pretty worn, lobby and hallways were grubby. Bed was sooo comfortable, though.

Staff very pleasant. Property under some construction, understandably. Needs some touch up painting to freshen up appearance. Room very clean.
