I was put in a room that had an adjoining room wherein the door to the adjoining room would not lock. I was given another room, and upon entering that room, it was freezing cold in the room, I went to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel my reservation because of the conditions. No apology was given and I was told I would have to call ******* for that. ******* advised me they would email me their response in 3 business days. No guarantees of a refund. Never again.
