尼歐精品酒店(Neo Hotel Boutique)

Un hotel muy nuevo con instalaciones muy lindas. Cómodo, limpio con muchos detalles que hacen de tu experiencia muy agradable. Tienen secadora de cabello. Los desayunos muy ricos y nosotros que salimos de madrugada hasta box lunch nos dieron para el camino al aeropuerto súper detalle. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para comer cerca. Está a unas cuadras de uno de los parques más lindos de Peru, el de los Olivos. Así q una caminata segura y un rico momento para sentarte frente a su fuente de peces es ideal. Están a dos cuadras del famoso restaurante Astrid & Gastón simplemente delicioso!!! Si quieres disfrutar de un lugar hermoso, elegante y en una zona muy tranquila y bonita, este es el lugar ideal.

Cuartos muy bonitos, atencion A1, buena comida. Claramente se nota la atencion a los detalles, ya que la decoracion va muy bien de la mano con la estructura. Muy recomendado para visitas con pareja o corporativas, que esta localizado en una zona cercana a centros de convenciones, comerciales, restaurantes y hoteles de negocios

La atención muy amable del personal. Los cuartos bastante limpios y acogedores con todo lo necesario para una comoda estadía, como: Shampo, acondicionador y jabon. Tambien cuentan con secadora de cabello asi que no es necesario traer una. Volveria a venir totalmente.

Hotel muy cómodo y en una excelente ubicación. La amabilidad del personal fue muy alta. La estadía en general muy buena. Sin duda, repetiría el hotel en un próximo viaje

My stay was really good. The staff were the best. The room it was ok. The mattress was a bit hard and made with springs. No foam topper. There was black mold on the top corner which was not good. There was no free coffee in the morning. The location was great.

Disappointing stay for our last night in Peru. We were given rooms on the ground floor opposite reception, which meant we could hear other guests entering & leaving all day and night, as well as usual reception activities. We were also near the kitchen/restaurant so had noise from there. There was no water available for free - the only place i saw this during 2 weeks in Peru - and a small bottle of water cost $4...which is a lot. In the morning we discovered we had no hot water, so we had to go upstairs to an empty room to use the shower there. I thought we might get the water offered to us for free as an apology for the hot water...but no. The location was also not very convenient, it was a long way to get to more lively parts of the city. The bed was very comfortable, but i wouldn't recommend this for any other reason.

Honestly would give this hotel 6 stars if I could. I stayed in several hotel in Lima while working on a project in Peru for almost two months. There are many good hotels, but Neo Boutique was absolutely my favorite for it's quiet neighborhood, super attentive team and clean, comfortable rooms. Kat (the manager?) saved my butt a few times when I had a few unique accommodation challenges with my project. That kind of service is why I will be using this hotel everytime I visit Lima in the future. Well done!
