Very pleased

Hotel staff gave 5 star service, I did not meet one employee that did not go above and beyond. I got early check-in at no additional cost which was great considering the long travel and I needed sleep. The room needed quite a few updates. The prices at the onsite restaurant were too high. Great location (close to the airport and Amtrak) for short stays, like an overnight while waiting to catch a flight. Definitely not for long term stays.

Very disappointed because I chose this hotel because of location and the shuttle to airport. I told the front desk I needed to be at airport at 5am. They told me to be down in lobby at 4.40am for shuttle. There were 4 of us so at 4.40am we arrived at lobby and just before the shuttle showed up there were several airline crew that also came to take shuttle. We were told the crew needed to board the shuttle first and once they did there was no more seats for us. We were told to wait for the next shuttle in 20 mins or so. We had to get an Uber instead

Property has been refreshed and common areas very well done The rooms / dated / but the bed was very comfortable The bathrooms should all be ripped out and update to 2024 No rainshower head / lousy water pressure / step in tub and awful shower curtains / it is not 1985

Booked a king . they gave me 2 doubles Otherwise great property / right at the airport / 1 mile

Bugs, bugs, bugs! Flying bugs on the walls, bugs on the bed, crawling bugs on the bathroom floor. Could not rest comfortably.

Very convenient to BWI. Very clean. Very nice staff. Get your parking pass before parking.

The stay was very enjoyable and accommodating as I traveled for a basketball tournament.

The team at the desk as highly supportive I was unable to manage my bags and security upon entry and exit ensured their support Hispitality overall me at everything and I will return
