里斯本機場套房酒店(Lisbon Airport Suites)

Localização boa, pois precisava ficar relativamente perto do aeroporto, o que é um benefício do local. Embora haja algumas suítes no local, não escutamos qualquer barulho, nem tivemos incômodo algum. Cozinha bem aparelhada e à disposição de todos. Entramos com código de acesso, e cada suíte dispõe de um pequeno cofre, também com acesso eletrônico, onde fica a chave. O Anfitrião foi bem cuidadoso em ver se tínhamos conseguido entrar com tranquilidade. Por sua vez, o bairro não é muito simpático, numa espécie de conjunto habitacional de espigões. Mas é tranquilo e parece ser seguro.

We had booked the shuttle to the hotel and were worried because the flight was late. Once contacted, Paula was so accommodating and drove back to pick us up. Airport is about 5 minutes away. The room was small but very clean and well equipped. Because we were staying 2 nights and stairs are a challenge for me, Paula and her associate (Arturo) made sure that we were moved to the ground floor for the second night, which we very much appreciated. Because our flight was early and had to leave at 5 a.m., we opened the door to find a packaged breakfast! Arturo was an encyclopedia of information about the city and ways to get around. He suggested a hire tuk tuk to be able to view the City Center (as we only had one day) and that tip turned out to be golden! We saw a lot of the old city and the new city! Overall a wonderful experience and truly hope to return again.

First of all, the name Lisbon Airport Suites is really confusing. What you expect looking at these pictures is a comfortable, modern apar**ent hotel. What you get is a room in a hard to find, old, tall and smelly apar**ent building in Lissbon residential area. Not even close to apart hotel, airport either. On the way to the accomodations we received a message from a chat bot, asking to register and pay the tax before hand. The message asked us to call when we are at the door, so we can enter the building. When we arrived we had to take a long time to find a parking place, as the district is a residential are, no parking places around. Then we needed to drag our suitcases up the stair to the door. All that to have no answer on the phone and not being able to enter the building. Out in the sun, no shade. 30+ degrees with kids I had to dial the number and message the property for a long time. Got a bot reply from them. I finally gave up and left. Later on the property called. I asked for the refund and required to cancel the booking. I did not get the refund. The property ignored my messages further on. Thus, if you do not want to get scammed - pick another location. PS My mistake was not to call *********** the same day. I was trying to solve the problem directly with the accomodation. Later on they talked to the property twice. No refund.

Scam hotel : it is located in a building area, no reception, no answer on ringing the bell, and no phone number to call anyone. I had to find another hotel for the night, otherwise I would have been in the street.

Nous avons loué cette "hôtel"pour notre voyage de noce Mais nous nous sommes fait complètement berner par une fausse annonce. La chambre fait sois disant 30m carrée , en vérité elle en faisait a peine 20. Personne pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée,une chance qu'une personne de l'immeuble , et oui car ce n'est pas un hôtel mais une chambre miteuse, nous ai ouvert la porte . L'insonorisation était une catastrophe,on entendait les voisin comme si ils étaient chez nous , obliger d'acheter des boules quiese pour dormir. Mais sa c'est rien, les fourmis qui envahissent la chambre c'est encore mieux , elles montent dans le lit . Au bout de 4 jours on a du payer un hôtel d'une qualité 1000x supérieur à cette daube, arnaque et j'en passe . A évité a tout pris ce taudis et cette attrape touriste. Experience plus que désagréable.
