Impolite receptionist. Room was incredibly bad and was different of photos.
Air condition smelt very badly, bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ventilation noise laid my ears.
Noise everywhere. From out side, from hall, from next room. Really bad experience.
I decided leave hotel on the next day, but receptionist even asked me why I check out before my reservation finished.
Pay attention they need check out before 10:00 am!!!!

Stayed out of season, not the best , staff are very friendly, the hotel is very clean . Nothing in hotel open and was very busy , the food is ok , would think it’s amazing when it’s in season .

We booked a room with Guitart Central Aqua park with family members. Due to last minutes mistakes, we ended up at B&B. Our hotel was meant to have basic facilities such as a fridge, a hairdryer, an iron. None of these were nowhere to be seen. When requesting this we were told we cant have these. The air conditioning was not working. The room phone was not working. We were told that would be looked into but nobody even bothered. The security is greatly compromised. We were walked in on whilst sleeping by a cleaner. The cleanliness was poor. The breakfast was very basic and the cutlery had dirt on it. The hotel itself is not disable/ children friendly. You have to walk up some stairs to get to reception. There is a side access for prams and wheelchairs but that itself is very hazardous and slippery. Not sure how it is even a 4* hotel. All of this because this hotel refused to even understand that there was a mix up of bookings, let alone helping us. Poor customer service.

So, after reading all the mixed reviews I thought I’d share my own experiences of our family holiday. This hotel is very big, it can be a bit like a maze, but overall it’s fantastic. Lots to do, many bars and pools… the slides are great. People say the staff don’t build up much of a relationship with you, which is true…. But it’s not a small intimate hotel and the staff circulate which bar they are on etc (the restaurant staff stay in the same restaurants mainly, and they are very helpful and welcoming) the bar staff, may not build up a relationship with you, but they all have very good manners. Speaking of restaurants… there is at least 3, but they do all serve the same food so you just need to head to where the smallest queue is and I would recommend getting down for food at 8 before the queues start. The entertainment on an evening could be better and could be easier to find, because there is a few bars, the entertainment always moves around per night so it’s not always easy to find. We went with 8 of us though so we made our own entertainment amongst ourselves. The hotel is located close to the beach, shops and attractions (my dad and brother visited the castle and enjoyed it, but I didn’t so I can’t really comment on that) The food in the hotel is what you expect for all inclusive, not so much for the fussy eaters though so that could be improved. (There is food places near the hotel, macdonalds, Burger King, KFC and other restaurants/ take aways) The slides are great, the rooms are cleaned daily, the cleaners themselves are very friendly and have lovely manners. You do find that that it’s 50/50 for English speaking visitors and I think French? (My little girl had lots of children trying to talk to her but the language barrier was a problem. If you fly to Barcelona it’s about a 2 hour transfer so I’d suggest maybe Girona (if that’s how it’s spelt) They do have a weird cup/ card system for the all inclusive drinks which takes a while to get your head around but this I guess is to stop people going over board with the drinks. They have all the spirits you could want but with all inclusive you can have for example whisky and coke, but not JD, you have to pay for the good stuff. There is a games room and a kids club and they have daytime entertainment for the kids… Overall it’s a good, clean all inclusive hotel and I wouldn’t say no to returning but evening entertainment could do with been massively improved.

I booked a family holiday hotel with my little infant so excited for the swimming pool ect had a long journey coming to the hotel to book in and them telling me I don't have a bloody reservation booked clearly I have come to this guitart central aqua park hotel cuz I have a booking spent 1 hour trying to sort things out along with a crying baby whose had a long day of traveling bloody hotel manager was DISGUSTINGLY Rude and Pathetic telling me to leave and go elsewhere as no rooms available I showed them my booking from my email and phone but they wasn't interested at all absolutely jokes. I explained I am a heart patient with a long term disability they didn't care less they was more worried to get me out of there reception. DO NOT BOOK with this hotel THEY ARE FRAUDS THEY ARE SCAMMERS A BUNCH OF LIARS WHO WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY they have conned me I will take further action against them. I have been discriminated by my health and disability along with the colour of my skin. They say customer service is key and very important to them yet that's how I have been treated unfairly Is that how you treat your BLOODY Customers DO NOT BOOK
