里拉諾庫酒店(Kuhotel by Rilano)

Grazie ad una promozione e con l'intento di scoprire questa zona d'Austria, ho passato 24 ore in questo hotel. Il posto è bellissimo, molto tranquillo e silenzioso, l'hotel è grande, pulito e ben tenuto. Abbiamo usufruito anche della SPA che prevede due piscine (una interna ed una esterna riscaldate), diverse saune e bagni turchi, dove, però, come spesso accade al nord è necessario entrare senza costume. SPA molto bella, vengono fornite ciabatte, accappatoi e borsa. Camera spaziosa, pulita, silenziosa con un bel balcone e un bel bagno. L'hotel dispone anche di un parcheggio scoperto e uno coperto a disposizione di tutti i clienti. La colazione era inclusa, ma l'ho trovata molto scarsa (di dolce solo marmellate, brioches e torte erano finite e non riportare). Poco pace, niente toast, niente biscotti, diversi affettati e formaggi. Si può fare molto meglio. Abbiamo integrato la cena (34€ a persona + bevande, l'acqua 0,75 lt costa ben 6,50€) che prevede una zuppa self service, buffet di verdure e formaggi, un piatto servito (molto buono) e dessert / frutta sempre self service... anche qua prezzo forse un po'eccessivo per una singola portata cucinata. Costo del soggiorno 250 € (due persone con mezza pensione per una notte) Un'altra pecca, non da hotel di questo livello... la reception era spesso abbandonata (al nostro arrivo abbiamo atteso 10 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno) e la sala giochi a pagamento.

من افضل الفنادق التي اقمنا فيعا الغرفه ولسعه وتوجد بلكونة والحمام كبير ورائع توحد ثلاجه ولكن لايوجد غلاية ماء ولاتتوفر مكان الاستقبال يوجد تاجير الدراجات نصف يوم او يوم كامل الافطار رائع في الفندق وكان معنا فريق بلجيكي يعد معسكره هناك فتم تقسيم المكان الى اقسام كاولات خصصت للقروب وطاولات للزوار وطاولات للنادي ولكن مكان الافطار كبير وواسع ومتنوع توجد صالة العاب وغرفة سينما وحديقه ذات اطلاله جميله ومسبح قريب منه سوبر ماركت سبار

Alles in allem war unser Wochenende sehr schön. Das Abendessen war ok. Nichts besonderes für den Preis. Dagegen war das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell. Eine riesige Auswahl, so dass man alles hatte was das Herz begehrt. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, jedoch ist es sehr schade, das dieser schon um 20.00 Uhr schließt. Gerne hätten wir ihn nach dem Abendessen nochmal genutzt. Der Kinder/Jugendbereich ist sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet und das hauseigene Kino natürlich ein Hit. Wenn andere Kinder dann auch noch wüssten wie man sich benehmen muss, dann hätte man auch in Ruhe einen Film schauen können. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wobei es zu Stoßzeiten an der Bar schon mal etwas länger dauert bzw. man den Kellner/in suchen musste. Das Einzige was ich wirklich kritisieren muss, ist die Frage ob es sein muss, dass am Sonntagfrüh um 6.30 Uhr die Wägen des Zimmerservices durchs Stockwerk gedonnert werden müssen. Nicht jeder möchte um 8.15 auf der Piste sein, sondern lieber etwas länger schlafen. Das war dann leider nicht mehr möglich.

Hotel seems to have changed ownership recently (no word about elaya on site, all signage says Rilano Kuhhotel). + Location is within walking distance of Waidring City center + Good breakfast buffet selection + Wellness area (4 Saunas and 2 steam rooms) is functional, but not a lot of attention to details (no towels in the spa). - The air in the room was extremely dry and made us feel uncomfortable. - Room service didn't show up every day. - we paid €406 for 2 person per night, which was totally overpriced for service and facilities provided In summary, I would not recommend and will not visit again.

WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! Think at least twice before you book this hotel! Recently the hotel had a name change into ELAYA Hotel Steinplatte, a horrible organzition you will read bellow When we stayed in the hotel it was still named Ku hotel. Unfortunately the manager Mrs. Winkler is definately not guest friendly. The 9 days we stayed in the hotel, we have requested on a daily basis to speak to her. Every time she was to busy to come to the desk! Instead she asked the main waiter and had to speak to us. It feels like a kinder garden and in definately very unprofessional! He was not in the position to do anything except to withdrawal a few non alcoholic drinks. Published on the website during our stay: Jeden Abend von 18:30 bis 20:30 Uhr servieren wir in unserem Restaurant entweder ein abwechslungsreiches 4-Gänge-Menü oder das Abendessen wird als Buffet angeboten. Every night buffet is not what we expected,and the excuse was, the restaurant is to busy. You feel the attitude under the staff in the whole hotel. The take over by ELAYA made everybody moody and feedback to us was, nothing will change also the rooms remain as they are because ELAYA group have no money. Hardly one third of the restaurant was booked at the time! After this very bad experience and bad holiday we decided to write an official complaint. On the day we left the hotel we requested again to speak too Mrs Winkler but again she was not available. You do not threat guests this way. With the previous managers in the last 10 years we never had an issue, simply because the hotel met the four star standards! Than the lying started from Mrs. Winkler when she got colt feet. According to her we had complained every year! When I spoke the Regional Manager of Österreich of ELAYA hotels he told us Mrs. Winkler told him. Proof was never shown by Mrs. Winkler simply we never had send other complaints in the previous years! But it became even worse Mrs Winkler suddenly came up with a story that we had received several discount vouchers?? Same story, one big lie, we never visited the hotel regarding the dated vouchers! Ridiculous and extreme rude to make this up! Also the Regional manager did not step in to clarify this. This is certainly not the way you treat customers! But also the management including the CEO of ELAYA is not willing to apologise for this unprofessional behaviour and at least to do something to get away this bloody shame and negativity for the hotel! They don’t care and regular guests are not welcome. The hotel is with the change to Elaya downgraded to very low standard and the current new price is way too high for the current quality and level of the hotel. You can find several other hotels in Waidring who are much better in their attitude, service and in particular a much better dinner. ELAYA hotel Steinplatte is not the place to be if you want to have a pleasant ski holiday!

Vi havde to overnatninger på KUHOTEL på vores hjemtur fra Italien til Danmark. Det er et virkeligt hyggeligt hotel. Vejret var godt så vi fik også glæde af det dejlige udendørs pool område. Service, rengøring og maden var helt i top. Vi vil helt sikkert bestille overnatning på KUHOTEL næste gang vi er i Østrig. Familien Ransborg Jespersen, Skive, Danmark

Das Hotel ist toll für Kinder und für Erwachsene,Wir haben mit unsere junge sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber!immer wieder gerne😊

Mooi hotel, mooie wellness. Uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Avondeten is voor ieder wat wils, Ok. Goede nette kamer, basis.
