Always clean, good breakfast. Nice

Arrived at the hotel. They didn’t have our reservation even though I showed them the confirmation number. Had to pay for an additional night because if this.

Free breakfast was a little less than expected from prior experiences at other similar facilities. Otherwise, accommodations were good and the staff was very helpful

Our stay was great! Staff was so friendly and the breakfast was great! Room was comfy and clean. Lots of restaurants around.

Excellent customer service! Small issue with the assigned room. We brought this to the representative and she immediately changed us out to another room. What we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn.

I always try to stay at Hampton because they are clean and reasonably priced. This one cost a bit more but I trust Hampton. Not anymore. The pool was out of order, the fitness center was extremely small, the room was in desperate need of a remodel & was not very clean. The walls were paper thin and the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. I might as well have stayed at a Super 8. Very disappointed!!!!

Door to room had a huge gap at the bottom so we could hear EVERYTHING from the hall. Room had a weird stinch and toilet was dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Very nice stay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

I booked this listing based on the fact it had an indoor pool, playground and mini golf however when we checked in we were told the pool is closed for maintenance and they don’t have mini golf or a playground. My two kids were very upset.
