羅科福爾蒂布朗酒店(Brown's Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel)

Wir kommen seit sehr vielen Jahren ungefähr 2mal im Jahr und bleiben meistens 4 Nächte. Die Lage ist für uns ideal, weil die Familie in der Nähe wohnt , wir mögen die Bar und dass das Hotel nicht so riesig ist. Wir müssen uns allerdings immer neu vorstellen, die Fluktuation an der Rezeption ist eindrucksvoll . Obwohl wir eine höhere Zimmerkategorie buchen gab es keine Blumen mehr und mein Geburtstag wurde auch übersehen. Für ein Fünf Sterne Haus ist das ein bisschen dürftig. Ausdrücklich loben möchte ich den Porter George, der unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist! Thank you George!

Wow can’t believe so many positive reviews! Our experience differed greatly. First, we were given a room that looked like something from a Holiday Inn. Not for the amount per night! Such a disgrace. Definitely not in the league of the Ritz, Claridges, Savoy etc. Breakfast service was a mess. More attention given to those on corporate bookings. Leisure guests not given much any attention or service that we had to tell them off. Afternoon tea was fine to me but not to my friend in terms of ambience and food quality. Plates smelled of stale eggs - use a dishwasher??? Not returning despite the constant trumpeting of the oldest hotel in London. Yes old and failing is what.

El afternoon tea, delicioso. El trato de María M. excepcional!!!! Nos enseñó, además, los encantos de este hotel tan cute. Tiene una mezcla fascinante entre lo old English y el tema de Kipling y su "Libro de la selva". Un diez para todo el staff Volveremos

Sempre que retornar a Londres ficarei nesse maravilhoso hotel.Todos muito educados e atenciosos com os hospedes.Portaria , recepção, restaurante, bar...Realmente um hotel que deixa a cidade muito mais agradável .A melhor localização.Os melhores restaurantes e lojas estão vizinhos.

Notre séjour au Brown était un pur moment de bonheur. Le personnel est très prévenant, l'hôtel est très beau, tout est absolument fabuleux. La suite junior que nous avons occupées était particulièrement confortable et chaque élément de décoration y était choisi avec soin. Nous avons pris plusieurs repas au Charlie's, c'était toujours un délice ! Ils m'ont réconciliée avec la gastronomie britannique. Si l'occasion se présente, j'y retournerai !

Hotel bellissimo, curato, la posizione centrale è perfetta. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, Daniele al front office è stato molto professionale e attento. L'afternoon tea pomeridiano è stato il migliore che abbiamo mai provato. Un grazie a Charles, il portiere notturno, molto disponibile.

Sono già stata al W Barcellona, ovviamente top , ma l’ospitalità che mi ha riservato il W London è stata superlativa e tutto questo grazie alle due ragazze italiane in particolare Giorgia ❤️ dolcissima, gentilissima e massima disponibilità

Excellent hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Hotel had a boutique feel to it as there are not crowds of people. The staff addressed us by name every time we came and went. The concierge service was outstanding, checking on our lost luggage and also changing a lunch reservation for us. We booked through AE platinum and received a couple of upgrades. Breakfast was delicious and it was ordering off the menu instead of a buffet. We enjoyed the breakfast. We will stay at the Browns again next time in London. This was our 2nd stay there.

What a fabulous, quaint hotel. We went with my 16 month old son, and they made everything seamless. The restaurant was super sweet to him even though he made a mess. Housekeeping was wonderful cleaning up after us and providing lots of water. Concierge made booking shows, and restaurants very easy. Bellman Gigi, Simeon, Jorge and John were always so welcoming. Every time we came back to the hotel. They helped us secure and load a taxi big enough for all of our luggage. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!
