Staybridge Suites Long Beach Airport

Very Good Location and easy to way LGB airport

Needs repairs and updating. Ice machine in freezer wasn't working and they don't have any ice machines in the building. When i asked the guy at the front desk where the ice machines were he said in every room in the freezer. Really! Our garbage disposer wasn't working but they were able to fix that and the stove was terrible. It looks nice but it kept turning off and sometimes it would adjust the cooking temp.

Staff who checked if we could get early check in and actually checked us in were really friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Even when we were waiting in the lobby for the other people in our group the desk staff came to see if we needed anything. Breakfast is included but we left too early to take advantage of this. Convenient location to the airport (3 minutes). On the downside - thin mesh like drapes do not block out much light or help regulate the outside temperature. Drapes were even coming off the drapery rod at each end. Bathtub faucet needs to be fixed. When to turn on the shower only half the water comes out of the shower head. The other half till comes out of the faucet.

Close to Long Beach airport, easy check in, clean and helpful. We stayed in the motel a day before our cruise and the day that we arrived back to Long Beach. Would stay at Staybridge Suits again.

La primera y última vez que reservó en esta suite.Los primeros 3 días no hubo Servicio de Aseo de la habitación. Nunca tendieron las camas. No hubo cambio de sábanas y las toallas cada día tenía que solicitarlas en Recepción. El jabón se acabó el primer día y hasta después de 3 días nos llevaron un frasco con jabón. POSTERIORMENTE nos informaron que teníamos que solicitar el aseo de la habitación, así lo hicimos y no sirvió de nada. Sacamos la basura al pasillo y finalmente la última noche subieron a asear el cuarto . NUNCA ME HABÍA PASADO ESTO y CREO QUE DEBE IGH Y EXPEDÍA INTERVENIR PARA QUE NO VUELVA A OCURRIR Y COMPENSAR DE ALGUNA FORMA EL MAL RATO QUE ME HICIERON PASAR A MI Y A MI FAMILIA EN NUESTRAS VACACIONES.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, loved the extra space and kitchen (which we used). The room faced the road and was extremely noisy at all times of the day and especially at night. Traffic woke us each morning. Free breakfast was good but they seemed to run out of a lot of things each day . The evening reception was …,I don’t even know how to say, it was a baked potato with little to no fixings…very strange and with about an hour left on the “reception “ there was one potato to split. No other food or snacks to speak of. The poster in the elevator highlighting the evening reception wasn’t even close !

The only issue that really bothered me was how the staff walk around the lobby,living areas including the pool area all the time. No privacy due to the glass wall. Very uncomfortable having staff constantly watching you in the pool areas. King suite had no eating table and one chair weird to me cause it has a kitchen. Overall nice though. Not a destination spot just passing thru spot.

Great stay, everything was great. Employees polite and friendly. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean, all the facilities in great condition. Kids have fun at the pool and jacuzzi, daily breakfast was yummy, we enjoyed the green area under the shade of the big trees. Just in the morning can be a little noisy due the traffic on the highway. We most likely reserve here whenever we come back to this area.
