沒有電梯。糟糕的停車情況。房間真的很好，工作人員也很好。然而，沒有電梯。所以如果你在二樓或三樓，你和你的行李就必須走陡峭的階梯。這很難做到。我們一行中有 2 名殘疾人，一樓沒有可用的房間。他們說他們的網站上說沒有電梯，但沒有列出你可以輕鬆找到它的地方。另外，停車場很小。房間比空間多，所以如果房間已滿，而你失去了位置，那你就倒楣了。停車場很難進，空間很小（而且我們沒有大車）。如果不是因為停車場和沒有電梯的情況，我們會給這個地方更高的評價。

房間看起來最近更新或改造過，但浴室沒有。浴簾安裝不均勻，所以兩側會自行打開。燈座上的插頭或 USB 都不起作用（總共 3 個），所以我們必須拔掉房間裡的東西才能為手機充電。除了這些事情之外，我們的住宿體驗非常好。

Outstanding value for proximity to a lot of Hollywood tourist spots. It’s an older hotel that has been given a refreshing facelift. Not the Ritz but worked well for our family of 5 for a night. Felt clean & safe. Parking is in a courtyard lot nicely enclosed by the rooms & well lit. Small staff (nobody was at the check-in desk when we arrived a little early) but they did everything they could to take good care of us. WIFI was free but we had no luck connecting. Beds were big & comfortable, the pull-out sofa was plenty long for a 14-year old boy. It didn’t have any sheets & they brought some to us right away. No complaints, a hidden jewel in a land of expensive lodging.

Clean. Air condition is quiet and functions properly. Air condition the wind does not face my side so i can sleep well. Varies Pillows are provided which I find one fits with my sleeping style. Staff cleans the room without touching my personal stuff. Did not have a chance to leave tips but will do if visit next time.

Great room and awesome staff although the air conditioning didn't really work, only cooled down by the time we left so the room was pretty hot and humid the whole time. we were also woken up at midnight to move the car because we were a little bit in the other spot, that one is on me but it would've been nicer if it was pointed out sooner and not gotten a call when we were sleeping. other than that though everything was good and there was a cool ceiling mural.

Clean, updated modern room. Very nice, went there for a concert at the Greek Theatre at U.C. Berkeley which was a 20ish minute walk. Quiet area, felt safe enough walking back to the hotel at 11 at night. Got there at 3pm on a Thursday; their free parking fills up fast so if you get there later you likely will have to find parking elsewhere.
