Stayed here with my partner for a week. Our apartment was great the only one thing was the sofa needed replacing as we were almost sitting on the floor… but other than that it was great. If you are staying at one of the rooms with a balcony then you might find it a tad noisy with the noise from the bar across the road playing live music until late however that did not really bother us. There was a large fan provided which was enough for us. Maybe some tea bags and coffee sachets would had been great but not a big issue. The rooftop bar was fantastic with two happy hours a day and snacks served when we were there. Plenty of places to eat across the road. I cannot recommend Sal Fina enough to eat if you are by the beach, honestly the food was amazing but best to book. The pool was quite busy when we went but there are extra sunbeds past the pool down the stairs which were great. I cannot fault the staff everyone of them was amazing especially a lady who kept us entertained while we were waiting to leave, such a laugh! A local shop I believe called Dialplax was not even a 5 minute walk which was a reasonable price and the bakery was so good! A lovely chilled place for families or couples. We would love to stay here again in the future thank you so much!

1st night whole family in bed asleep when we heard loud pounding on our door, got up to guy from reception saying noise complaints, I couldn't believe my ears, we had early night as flown today so told him sternly but not rude that we were asleep and he had wrong room and closed the door before he started again, opened door and he said I was disrespectful to him for closing door. Are you kidding, where was respect when pounding my door at midnight, I will be taking this up with management and Jet2 holidays, disgrace Also the music from the bar over the road is very loud, noise all night of doors slamming above but we said nothing. Part of hotel life we know people come back all hours that's holiday yes if people are playing loud music or still partying. But to be accused of something that I haven't done has upset me and I'm now sitting up at 1am seiving and felt I needed to put into words

Очень удобное место расположения, очаровательные и гостеприимные работники отеля, которые всегда готовы помочь, потрясающие бассейн и бар в самом отеле, а также очень уютный интерьер, из-за которого хочется вернуться. Внутри комнат есть все для полноценной жизни - кухня, посуда, плита, душ, туалет, кроветь, чайник и т.д. Провел здесь замечательную неделю и обязательно собираюсь вернуться. Исключительно светлые воспоминания от пребывания в этом отеле. Спасибо вам большое!

We had a one bedroom apartment (215) which had everything we needed, good facilities in the kitchen, the balcony was not overlooked and had sunshine in the afternoon. Rooftop pool was good but had limited sunbeds and a wonderful view, as did the Rooftop bar, which served all cocktails and had a happy hour. Very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Just spent two weeks here. Hotel very clean and staff on hand but not overbearing. Roof top pool and a nice cocktail bar overlooking Los Christianos Good local restaurants across the road and a brilliant sports bar in Taylors Lounge a 3 min walk.
