盧爾德Musee Pyreneen de Lourdes附近酒店

Nach früheren Aufenthalten in diesem Hotel war ich diesmal schwer enttäuscht. Es beginnt damit, dass das Restaurant (dauerhaft? zumindest langfristig) geschlossen ist. Dies ist weder auf der Homepage ersichtlich, noch gab es einen Hinweis bei der Buchung. Als Ersatz werden drei Snacks angeboten, tiefgekühlt, in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. Mein pappiges ”Croque Monsieur” war aber innen noch eiskalt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss mit Zugang zum Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung noch auf dem Stand der ersten IBIS-Generation. Dazu war es sehr hellhörig, Telefonate im Nachbarzimmer störten. Das WLAN war ok, setzte aber immer mal wieder komplett aus. Das Frühstück hat normalen IBIS-Standard. Jedoch war das Personal in Spitzenzeiten überfordert, für Nachschub zu sorgen, Zeitweise gab es nicht einmal Brot. Der Orangensaft ging an einem Tag aus und war auch am Folgetag nicht aufgefüllt.

We travelled to Lourdes on pilgrimage with HCPT (Hosanna House and Children’s Pilgrimage Trust). Hotel Croix des Bretons was our “home” for the week. We spent 7 nights here over the Easter weekend - the 1st week of the season, and the staff could not have been more prepared. From the warm & friendly welcome, accommodating all of our unusual requests like they were absolutely run of the mill, to the buffet style food which was refreshing and good. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere that Francois, Sabine & the team don’t manage. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are comfortable, especially the beds, with extra blankets in the wardrobes if needed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, ours had a bath with a wall shower. The staff in the restaurant were kind, caring and diligent. I know that if I were to come to Lourdes, by myself outside of the organised pilgrimage, Hotel Croix des Bretons would be the first place I would look to book. Grazie Francois! 位於中心位置,距離聖地/石窟不到一公里。酒店拐角處有電梯,可以直達主街。我們四個人,我們有兩個房間--一個帶四張牀的家庭房,一個帶一張雙人牀的單人房。第二天,我的孫女感覺不舒服,因爲回巴黎的火車要到下午很晚才開,我們要求延長其中一間房間,並支付了額外的時間。請求收到不錯,前台的人處理的非常高效--我覺得是老闆和她兒子。房間很乾淨,衛生間也很整潔,熱水好強。他們供應了豐盛美味的自助早餐--穀類食品、水果、麪包、冷盤和雞蛋,還有咖啡和果汁。性價比很高。步行十分鐘即可到達保護區/石窟。如果你參加晚間遊行,電梯在11:30關門,所以儘量趕上去酒店,免得上坡路。

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to all their staff for giving us a pleasant stay. We hope to see you again soon.

Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation, un emplacement idéal, un parking, un accueil chaleureux, une chambre (lits jumeaux) propre et spacieuse, idem salle de bains et un petit déjeuner parfait avec choix sucré salé

優秀的酒店⭐️⭐️⭐️不遠離我們盧爾德夫人聖。每個人都很完美,我們感謝員工們對他們的慈和獻給他們的遊客和朝聖者。

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a ”stink” in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

J'ai travaillé, au début des années 90, dans un Hôtel ”Climat de France” (chaine qui n'existe plus aujourd'hui) et bien, en entrant dans la chambre, j'ai fait un bon de 35 ans dans le passé ! la même chambre, le même décor, la même salle de bains avec son lavabo, sa douche, sa chasse d'eau et sa robinetterie d'origine. tout est pareil sauf malheureusement le prix qui était, à l'époque de 200 Francs (soit environ 30 euros). Bon c'était une boutade, je ne vais pas me plaindre car ça m'a permis de me remémorer d'excellent souvenirs. J'attribue quand même 3 étoiles pour la qualité de l'accueil, la propreté et la vue sur les Pyrénées.
