Great stay, amazing location, and delicious restaurant (Bovin). I’m impressed and grateful. I plan to return.

Clean, reasonably priced, in room microwave, fridge and coffee maker - mini mart steps away to buy coffee, milk, cereal and save $$

The variety of dining options was great. Walking to everthing great. Beach and pool accessibility fantastic

Overall a very pleasant stay. I was here for business. Despite the very pricy night rate, we still had to pay to access the Gym, which I thought was ridiculous.

The beach areas are nice, but very limited food options, wi-fi completely unreliable - couldn’t connect my laptop ONCE. My phone or iPad would connect very sporadically. During check in, there was NOTHING VIP about it. The person didn’t even a knowledge me once, and kept having a conversation with another employee that was hidden behind a wall area. Was put in a room, to have to switch to another room the very next day, with no explanation, the guy just put a piece of paper on the counter - which I assume, he thought I automatically would read it and know I had to switch rooms with no explanation or apology - very strange. The check out tool me about 30 mins, with one person at the counter and 3 people in front of me. Definitely would not stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Clean. Room: nice. A.C. was really good. Shower had good water pressure and temperature range. No complaints. Resort: Bars and beach is very good. Limited dining options at resort, but there are some other options near by (walking distance). People are mostly friendly. Felt safe all the time.

Lady at check in very disinterested in helping and clearly not trained in customer service. Very disappointing at such a high end establishment

We were on first floor, when it rained we had a stream of water entering above the bathtub. Have videos to prove it, called desk NOTHING DONE
