Agoda booked my trip of family of 4 for 2 rooms as 2 for 2 .. This was only room booking. Regenta understood that I cannot cancel the booking and charged extra to the tune of apx 40% of original booking amount. Sad customer problem handling and won't stay in Regenta or Royal Orchid Group if future as this cam repeat in these chain of hotels.

It's a wonderful stay at regenta central Lucknow. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Mr Sumit, Simar & Gaurav in front desk is very helpful during my staff. Food is delicious. The best thing is about the property is that it is central location which is very beneficiary for shopping, metro and other things. Love the place. Surely visit again.. ☺️☺️

Eveything is good, staff is very polite and professional and friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Fast service, quick response Food is very good in taste, buffet was very good and too much variety in buffet. Location is prime I ll recommed this property

Located on Hazratganj which is having full of good vibe. Stayed here for three days and would like to thank staff for amazing hospitality. Rooms are comfortable, facilities are up to mark.

The staff members behaviour, location and service is upto the mark. Specially the receptionist Mr. Shailendra was kind and well mannered. The rooms were clean and hygiene. Proper door services and breakfast was amazing. Great experience, would like to visit again soon.

The food was good and the service done by Mr. Aman in the restaurant was kindly done to us. Pleasant stay and awesome interior of the lodge. The service and the space was great and the entry was decent and spacious and the receptionist was welcoming

I stayed in this hotel for one day and I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel especially with sumit he helped me in every manner and even arranged the rooms before my arrival because of that I didn't have to wait much longer. I had a problem with the television and reported it and it was managed within 15 mins , they have great service and I would really like to visit again..
