Very Clean, kitchen-like setting, and great customer service. And no I do not work here just giving an honest review, also ALL stores are walking distance. Overall, it’s a great hotel with amazing qualities.

Enjoyed my stay. It makes a huge difference when you’re around pleasant people. The staff was extremely nice especially Janece that worked 2nd shift at the front desk. Janese greeted me by name with a smile/kind words daily. Anything needed she would do her best to take care of it. I would witness her doing the same for other guests. Miss Jennifer was my day shift jewel. Miss Jennifer made me feel at home.

I have been here at Extended Stay, Macon, GA since December 2022 until now (April 2023) and there are 3 people who have made this stay so very pleasurable. I have mobility issues because I use supplemental oxygen. So I am not always able to get around. So Janece, Jennifer and Kerry are always coming to my aid. They are very friendly, always have a bright and cheery attitude and I know I can rely on them for whatever I need. I would recommend anyone who needs to board in the Macon, GA area to come to the Extended Stay on Riverside Dr and see for yourself how wonderful, caring and helpful the staff here is.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the entire staff which made. The accomodations make it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be booking with them again for my next visit in the area. The manager, assistant manager, and Mr. Harris were outstanding.

The front desk receptionist name Janece provides excellent customer service. She's always smiling, greeting people and helpful in any way possible. She has a very positive attitude. Thanks for being a great person Janece!

Large room with fridge, stove , microwave, sink. The bathroom was large and clean. We were staying just 1 night, so had no issues with the requirement to ask for dishes/etc. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Feel it was a good deal at approx $83 incl taxes.

Largest room ever. Two queen beds, sofa sleeper, chair, full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, and large counter. Extra Counter outside bathroom. So nice to line everything I needed for a quick get away in the morning. Clean. Only problem was tub draining slow and I did tell management or how would they know? Breakfast was small no tables. Grabbed a couple things and made hot oatmeal in a coffee cup. Would come here again if we were ever in Macon. Prices were less than other 4 star places.

The bed is so soft & comfy, exhilarating. So safe in this neighborhood. Me and My family had the best vacation ever. And we would love to go back again even a pool . If considering coming to macon please come to this hotel. Customer service is off the chain!!!

Joyce Casas, General Manager and Ms Deborah was great in assisting me with all my accomodations .The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The staff made me feel very welcome . I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely be booking again here.
