The hotel was located in a great location, close to the hwy and lots of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again

Loved the customer service very friendly and helpful

Passing through on our way home from a long business trip. We arrived a little later in the evening after being in the road for almost 13 hours. Entered the room and was taken aback by a stale smoke smell. Went to take a shower, (there were three squirt bottles in the bathtub - shampoo, conditioner and body wash) the body wash was empty. Lucky I had soap in my bag, so I had to get out of the shower dripping wet to get it. Laid down on the bed to relax with some tv, “no signal” is all it said on the screen. Go figure. Overall, disappointed with the room and hotel, lucky it was only for a night.

Outdated shower head. Internal phone not working. Pool closed. Bed uncomfortable. Breakfast of low quality with old bread toasted, no butter and microwaved breakfast potatoes.

Just staying one night on our way to Tampa. Everything was great except we only had one towel in our room.

Lovely, except for the fire (false) alarm at 6:00 am! All in all, the staff is to die for in Macon!!! Breakfast was phenomenal! Disappointed that no liquor license in the Bistro.

Courtyard was a clean and convenient place to stay. We did have three issues. During the night the shampoo dispenser in the shower fell off the wall. It was attached by a square piece of adhesive tape. Not good when have to push down on it to make it work. The tv was positioned to the right of the bed. We had to turn our bodies on a 45 degree angle to watch a program. Got sore after a while. When we came down for our complimentary breakfast we found out the wasn’t one! Prices for breakfast items at the Bistro were out of line. Got a bagel and coffee. Gotta have breakfast…no more Courtyard.

Omg where do I begin. When I arrived the staff was so friendly and once I got to my room I was floored it was amazing. The room had a patio that over looked the courtyard where the fire pit was lit such a relaxing atmosphere. Then the Bistro downstairs in the lobby best thing ever. So I’m Vegetarian so travel with my diet gives me the blues at times but honey when I tell you this menu did not disappoint For dinner I had the Meatless veggie burger with these amazing seasoned fries and breakfast was Scrambled eggs veggie sausage and toast with Star Bucks Coffee all in house. I felt like a queen at this hotel and can’t wait to stay here in 2025 when I return.

I specifically picked this property because we were looking for a hotel with a bar. The hotel property website noted a bar so we selected the hotel. Upon arrival the staff told us sorry the bar isn’t currently open. So this is very disappointing. When you book and it is not refundable but the property was not as described and as you expected.

We were not told that there was a train track horizontal to the hotel, especially the back where our room was in addition to extremely loud noises from the floor above. Breakfast was not included and if you were to pay for it, it was not cheap. With that said, the staff was all very kind but we were not permitted to receive any type of discount for the noises from the train which rain about every 30 minutes for about 1o minutes each.

Had a very late arrival and staff was very accommodating. It was a very last minute reservation after a long day of airport waiting. All we wanted was a bed to sleep in before we headed home. Thanks Courtyard Marriott!

Great customer service and easy check in process with out waiting.

This was a last minute booking and Tatiana at the front desk took excellent care of us! She is a 5 star employee all the way. The rest of the stay was acceptable, but not wonderful. You can tell the hotel is old. Nothing broken or glaringly wrong, but everything feels dated, especially the bathroom. The pull out couch, while a life saver for our family of 5, was not very comfortable. There were some cleanliness issues as well, including a lot of dark black hairs on the floor of the bathroom. We are all blonde. Overall, an adequate stay which was saved from a more negative review by excellent customer service.
