Assistant GM Maria Gonzalez Blazquez at the Melia Madrid Pricipesa provided 5 star service and warmly welcomed us to Madrid. Maria and her staff were highly professional, caring and goals were to provide amazing service and Madrid experience. The 4 star hotel has indoor pool, gym, lively lobby bar and ambiance. We upgraded to the “level concierge service” which included an upgraded room, beautiful city views and “level” lounge provided unlimited drinks, beverages, amazing breakfast, lunch and lite dinner. The Melia Madrid location in heart of city with cafes, restaurants, theaters and great restaurants made our stay very enjoyable and highly recommend staying here.

We were in Madrid for the first time, and picked Barcello de Torre primarily based on location and the glowing reviews on Trip Advisor. Anything you read that's positive is true: it's new, clean, perfectly located, reasonably priced, great breakfast, etc, but it seems like every menber of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's an easy walk to the Royal Palace, the Plaza de Espana subway stop is directly across the street, lots of restaurants close by, easy walk to Puerta del Sol, excellent dinner in the restaurant. large rooms. An extremely well run operation that should be the model for others in it's class.

一、我們預訂了兩間雙人床房間，入住時結果給了我們一個大床房，一個雙床房，兩個男成年同志總不能住在一張床上啊，就去前台協調，前台告知換房間要額外收取30歐元的費用！難道酒店不用遵守協議嗎？難道酒店不用遵守預定嗎？希望攜程給個說法！！！二、還有就是服務台根本就沒有華人禮遇！也不是像攜程上說的那樣會中文交流！三、我們到達酒店被額外收取了600元歐元的押金退房後到現在也沒有到賬提示！很擔心！

心心念念定的酒店 環境非常好 房間蠻大的 私密性很好 服務超級超級好 我們還在Checkin的時候就把行李放到房間了 。唯一的缺點就是離中心地區玩的有點遠 走路大概要20分鐘以上 周圍也沒什麼好逛， 地鐵站還好 但是也不方便 主要幾個景點都不是直達的

It is difficult reviewing Hotel Indigo Princesa because I have the great fortune of staying in many IHG properties including Indigos and I am pretty sure this should be a Holiday Inn fronted property and not Indigo. The location is great due to the proximity to the Metro, a departmental store and many dining options. But if you like to walk, it will take you about 20 minutes to get to the city centre in Sol. I have read horror stories of the service at the reception and was preparing myself for the worse but the men at the counter were not so bad. They were always polite (without a smile) and did their best with limited English capabilities. Though guy who checked me out on my last day on 27 July at 3am was really good! (please give him more morning/afternoon shift!) My Platinum status was also recognised but I’m not sure whether the room was upgraded. The room and bathroom are basic. Room is a little too dark though. For a 3 stars property, I appreciate there were in room slippers, ironing board and international news channels. My room came with a shared balcony on the second floor some may like it, some may find it weird. The male supervisor at the breakfast is excellent, makes my morning a little better. Breakfast is basic and the restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was small, I had two tacos which tasted better than it looked. If this was pegged to a Holiday Inn standard then it would receive a higher rating BUT for an Indigo property, it’s a tiny bit disappointing. But it’s not a bad stay but unworthy of the “Upscale” Indigo brand.

Akeah is a great hotel that is very central to all the Madrid attractions. Close to Metro and within a short walking distance of The Royal Palace. The rooms in the Akeah are compact but very comfortable and well kitted out. Staff throughout are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and set us up for the day. 我老公3個大孩子在去海邊旅遊前在這裏住了2天,我們訂了2bedroom/2衛生間的房間這個地方太棒了!它非常現代,裝飾精美,大,一塵不染,擁有所有需要的便利設施(小廚房,奈斯咖啡機,洗衣機等)。大客廳有一個臥鋪沙發,我們在後臥室有一個小露台。這些設施位於地鐵站附近的一個非常中心的位置,附近有很多餐館和酒吧。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。唯一一點負面(這不會阻止我再次入住),就是牀有點硬,可以有更好的牀墊。在馬德里時肯定會再呆在那裏也會在其他城市預訂埃裏克·沃克爾·阿普茨。
