Отель замечательный. Очень сложно найти в Индонезии отель такого качества. Милый и приветливый персонал. Идеальная чистота в номере, удобная кровать и мягкие подушки. Красивый вид с балкона. Замечательный бассейн с видом на океан. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане. Завтрак по меню, но очень большой выбор блюд на любой вкус и очень вкусно. Есть маленький недостаток, это нет пляжа и далеко от мест цивилизации. Но если необходимо можно съездить на такси в Singgigi, цена дешевая . Салон SPA не советую. Красивый , но слишком завышенная цена на процедуры. Если вы хотите тишины, прекрасного вида и релакса вам необходимо посетить этот отель.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Avila for 3d2n for the second part of our honeymoon. We chose this place cos of the quiet location and the view. We were checked in by front desk staff Echa. She had prepared a honeymoon bed decoration for us, a cheese tart in room and free one time minibar. Prior to my arrival, I had requested for high floor but we were given a room on the first floor..however this was ok with us for the short stay. We also requested for quiet room and thankfully our room was far from the noisy beach club. The room was just like photos, and it was super clean. Soundproofing not that great we could hear the neighbours from next door and upstairs. Echa was very bubbly and helpful. From checking us in, to driving the buggy and helping out at the restaurant and sending us off after checkout. She remembered our names and greeted us everyday. The other staff at the restaurant (didn't get their names) remembered which room we were from. We didn't leave the resort during our stay and had all our meals in the restaurant. We liked the open concept of the dining area, with the tables being spaced far enough for privacy. The food was great but the portion was a bit small. We also booked a couple session at the spa. The therapists' skills were average..and the jacuzzi in the spa had so many insects. We found this a bit too expensive for the experience. The resort was a great place to slow down and relax. The room was very comfortable and we had good sleep. Sunset views from the balcony was amazing. Overall I would recommend this resort for a chill holiday!

Our stay at Royal Avila was amazing. We stayed in room 501 rooftop suite. Staffs at the hotel were really proactive and initiative in providing the best service and always smiling. The staffs even remember our room number and our names. Rooms were spacious and clean and had the best sunset view! The restaurant food was great and we had our dinner there almost every night. During dinner the restaurant had live music and we had cocktails to relax. Definitely would recommend and will return on our next visit!

It's like Santorini Greece but in Indonesia Lombok! Amazing view and a wonderful experience there. Will come back again!

매우 좋은 뷰와 시설을 갖춘 호텔입니다. 단, 해변에서 물놀이를 원하는 분들에게는 비추입니다. 호텔에서 정기적으로 운행하는 바닷가로 나가는 셔틀이 없고 바닷가로 가는 운송수단을 이용하려면 하루 전에 예약해야만 가능하다니... 이런점은 보완이 필요할듯...

Our stay was memorable, and the combination of spacious rooms, ocean and sunset views, friendly staff, and great amenities made it an experience we won't soon forget. We will definitely be back again!
