Our stay at Bookmark Resorts ***ali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of ***ali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the u**ost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts ***ali was nothing short of magical, and I who***eartedly give it a five-star rating.

Excellent property lovely stuff takes care ofevery minute details and needs they maje sur we are most comfortable.... food was fabulous wide menu............ I am payalaticwith special needs they made sur I don face any difficulties in my stay here with them

The room was nice and cozy, all the facilities were available, the staff was cooperative, the food was good, the view from the rooms were great, cleanliness and neatness was maintained well, there was no room for any complaints, attention to every detail was given

I am so happy with the property and the staff Sonam and ***n and other staff treated us very well and food is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Totally ***ali trip is happy and comfortable and room service is too good and intime.

Anil sonam from reception and Mr nazeem his skills for food just amazing I would like to special mention the food service team they are available at each and every moment i made a special request from Mr T***n he made every thing available on time great service and excellent hospitality by them

One of the best property of ***ali. Hotel staff was so helpfull and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr t***n aggarwal ***ager and gajendar they really helped us in what ever we asked and specially maam who helped us to explore ***ali and guided well. Hope to visit again.

What an amazing arrangement, we really enjoyed it , due to heavy rainfall i had lost all the hopes that the decoration might not turn out to be perfect but thanks to the staff , Sonam , Ajit and Suraj they made our day very beautiful! I will definitely come back again here . It was my husband’s birthday and now we will always remember this day 😊
