Nice location, decent sized room, great pool. Unfortunately the lights kept coming on in the room (4 times overnight!) and we had a TERRIBLE nights sleep. Reception weren’t interested when I told them…

منتجع جميل يتميز بموقعه داخل مجمع الريف السكني وهو عبارة عن عدة فلل كل واحدة مكونه من دورين ٣ غرف تحت وغرفه فوق وتستطيع أخذ غرفه أو أكثر حسب عدد الاشخاص نحن أخذنا الغرفة العلوية درج ولا يوجد مصعد فيها بلكونه كبيرة ومطلة على البحر والديكور جميل لكن الألوان غامقة لو فاتحه أحسن والحمام كثير الزجاج والماء الحار يتأخر كثيرا حتى يصل وعلى العموم منظر الخليج والأشجار ينسيك كل ذلك ويزيد النفس بهجه وأنصح بهذا المنتجع بقوة لجماله ومستوى الأمان والخصوصية العالي جدا كما أشكر العاملين على التواصل المستمر خاصه الاستاذ محمد المدير المناوب والموظفة أسماء في الاستقبال

Reception is always busy. Noisy all the day. The worst service ever. Not worth the payment. No respect to the customers. The villas are dirty . This is the last visit to this hotel and any relative branch carry the same name or company. Any things mentioned regarding this hotel is not there. No relaxing time and also no respect to tier needs. All facilities are closed. Reception worker they give no help. It is totally not worth and not good experience.

❌❌black list hotel❌ Never go this hotel they STOLE MONEY from the safe. I lived in this hotel from 25th April until 28th April. Before check out when I prepared my baggage I opened the safe and found that the money was stolen total 1800$!!!!! The hotel manager European man didn’t want to help me he was against me. There are no cameras near the entrance to the room and near the villa. It’s impossible to proof. Stuff know it and steal money. Moreover they very arrogant ask a lot of uncomfortable questions and ask for money for tea and are often dissatisfied and slow. Nobody will help you. They will say it’s your fault it’s impossible. I didn’t write my feedback earlier because I waited police decision but one month passed they don’t want work and don’t want talk when I call them. So please never go this hotel I worry if they go unpunished they will do it to other people! I hope my feedback help people and you choose another hotel ❌❌الفندق ذو القائمة السوداء لا تذهب إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا ، فقد سرقوا الأموال من الخزنة. عشت في هذا الفندق من 25 أبريل حتى 28 أبريل. قبل تسجيل المغادرة عندما جهزت حقائبي ، فتحت الخزنة ووجدت أن الأموال المسروقة إجمالي 1800 دولار !!!!! لم يرد الرجل الأوروبي مدير الفندق مساعدتي لأنه كان ضدي. لا توجد كاميرات بالقرب من مدخل الغرفة وبالقرب من الفيلا. من المستحيل إثبات ذلك. الأشياء تعرفها وتسرق المال. علاوة على ذلك ، فإنهم متغطرسون يسألون الكثير من الأسئلة غير المريحة ويطلبون المال مقابل الشاي وغالبًا ما يكونون غير راضين وبطيئين. لن يساعدك أحد. سيقولون أنه خطأك إنه مستحيل. لم أكتب ملاحظاتي في وقت سابق لأنني انتظرت قرار الشرطة ولكن مر شهر وهم لا يريدون العمل ولا يريدون التحدث عندما أتصل بهم. لذا من فضلك لا تذهب إلى هذا الفندق أبدًا ، فأنا قلق إذا لم يعاقبوا سيفعلون ذلك لأشخاص آخرين! 1 The staff are very bad in dealing and mistreated us so much , especially the security of the villas, they close the phone in my face and they are saying bad words for me and when I call the reception, they didn’t do anything they say that they will contact me and nobody did , All through I book for 3 nights and I pay around 400bh. To baaad I don’t recommend

I travelled to the Reef Resort in May 2022, which was about 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. It's a beautiful place on a quiet island, there's about 30 or so villas and each villa has 4 bedrooms / rooms. I was in the most "basic" one, but even that was great and had everything I wanted. I was the only person around the infinity pool (which is in the middle of the villas) on day one. The only days that it was even vaguely busy was on the weekend, and even then it was very quiet. I went to the gym most days, which is in the same building as the spa. Again, it was empty every day, I was the only one in the gym from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. City Centre mall is a 30 minute walk away, which is very big and most shops imaginable. Also has a cinema (some films in English) and plenty of restaurants to choose from. All in all, a great week!
