We checked in at this hotel for my sister’s board exam, and we definitely made the right choice by choosing Sun Star Grand Hotel. It's just a few steps away from Isetann, and even though the streets outside were loud and busy, the hotel itself was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The staff were very welcoming and respectful, always ready to attend to our inquiries and requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My sister and I had a good night's sleep and felt well-rested throughout our stay.

1. Location is easy to find, good food. 2. Transactions with the receptionist were Ok, although there was just one thing that was confusing for me. On the email confirmation from Trip, it says the room can accommodate upto 3 guests with a maximum of 2 adults. I was with my Husband and my 14 year old son, still we were told to get an extra bed for my son. I did not argue anymore, thinking that they have taught of my son as an adult since he is tall. Even better if the receptionist could have probe better and recommend (and should not imposed). 3. Overall, it was a nice and memorable trip for my family.

Good experience but service not good specially breakfast improve in breakfast

We arrived late and we were accommodated warmly. We had a good night rest, bed was comfortable. They were willing to keep our luggage beyond the check-out time. Breakfast was served in our room on the exact time requested. Thank you for the grate service.

I booked hotel rooms for my parents and relatives, who are all seniors. My aunties got the room with no window, which makes them a bit sad; on the other hand, they are also thankful that their rooms are not too far from my parents, who got the room with a window, so they can go and witness the Traslacion of Jesus Nazareno. Although not all my requests were granted, I'm happy that the room for my parents has a window and is big and clean. The front desk is accommodating. Thank you, and I will surely book again in this hotel.

Booked this for LET Exam and got it with a lot of discounts from Trip.com. I got the value for what I paid. I'm happy with the breakfast for two that is included, although the confirmation email indicated it is for 3. Still, it is a nice, affordable and convenient stay.
