Quirky, characterful hotel in a central excellent location. Great staff, very friendly, going out of their way to help. Lovely breakfast. Only two small minuses. The room wax well equipped but a bit on the small side. Weather was cold when we were there and the room heating was not working well. The bathroom was particularly cold. The hotel staff kindly provided an additional electric heater which helped.

Been many times now, they try to treat you like royalties, English is spoken through out, and as it’s our wedding anniversary we came, before we’ve been on our various birthdays We were given a rugby ball to celebrate the World Cup and we wanted France to win now We will definitely return, the fridge is always full of goodies which I’m drinking on the train back to London

J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été très positive. Cependant, à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger inconvénient. Les places de parking étaient malheureusement indisponibles, ce qui m'a obligé à prendre celles qui étaient disponibles à l'extérieur, bien que cela ait été un peu difficile à trouver. Cela dit, en dehors de ce petit contretemps initial, tout le reste était excellent. L'accueil du personnel était professionnel, et le petit déjeuner était tout simplement délicieux. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs de réserver leurs places de parking à l'avance, surtout si vous êtes véhiculé. Cela garantira une expérience sans tracas et vous permettra de profiter pleinement de votre séjour dans cet hôtel. Note globale : ★★★★☆

Lovely, modern hotel, with very friendly staff and great in-room facilities, including a complementary mini-bar and coffee-maker. Excellent location - really close to the centre, but not too close, and within easy walking distance of several museums.

Chambre assez grande, lumineuse. Bonne literie, insonorisation correcte ( léger bruit de rue) . Douche assez grande. Pas de gel douche uniquement de petits savons idem pour le shampooing. Proposition écologique sympathique, si vous ne demandez pas un ménage complet durant votre séjour, vous avez une boisson gratuite chaque jour au bar. Le rapport qualité prix de cet hôtel est très bon. Le personnel est très agréable aussi bien à l accueil qu’ au bar ou les employées d étage, tous ont été disponibles et souriants. Parking payant 18€ par jour, utile dans le centre de Lille.
